The appetizer nacho chips and guacamole were absolutely delicious. The grilled chicken and fajitas were also very tasty. Most of all, our server was incredibly kind and cheerful, which made our family’s dining experience even more enjoyable.

Great environment! Our food was cooked perfectly. It was decently busy but we were seated right away. Our server was amazing. She was very kind, thoughtful, and quick. When we were done eating she let my kids pick a 3D printed animal to take home with them. Overall, it a great experience. I hope she is our server everytime we dine there.

I came in last weekend and had Aaron as my server and he was the best waiter I had! He made sure I had everything I needed, that included getting my orders right, stayed on top of getting my drinks (refills), checking in to see if I needed anything and especially my dessert and made sure all my Togo stuff was ready to go(: Definitely will be coming back! Great customer service!!

Kaylene was absolutely amazing! My wife and I were just rolling through town and wanted something quick, and deciding on Chili’s ended up being the best choice we could’ve made. From the moment we sat down, Kaylene was on it — friendly, attentive, and incredibly fast. Our drinks never even made it halfway empty before she was back checking on us.
She made the whole experience smooth, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Service like that is hard to find these days, and she absolutely nailed it. We will for sure be stopping in every time we come through Kingman, and we’ll be asking for Kaylene every time!

Will you sat down immediately in the bar area. The waitress was there immediately asked us what we wanted to drink. Gave us menus she was all over it and a great waitress! The food came right out and it was hot and served the way we asked. Great experience!

Wanted family platter of boneless wings. Tuesday at 5pm and no boneless wings available! So we got the bone-in platter. Got them home, about 3-5 min drive and they were cold. The wings, hot and Nashville, were way over cooked. We ended up throwing over half of the family platter away.
We have eaten here in the past and the food was also over cooked. Had their signature baby backs once and you could not chew them. Tried to give them another chance but seems that things don’t change.
Unfortunately we will not be supporting this local business. Little Caesars has better tasting wings and don’t over cook them.

I ordered online for delivery and not only was the food disgusting, it was placed in the bag very sloppily and the salsa was upside down. It leaked all over the food, completely ruining one order. The chicken fingers weren’t chicken fingers at all but left over parts they scooped out of the bottom of the fryer and not edible what-so-ever. The bag of chips was split open on one side and instead of getting a new bag, they just put a sticker over part of the hole, and most of the chips fell out. There is no telephone number for customer service so in order to request a refund, I had to send numerous emails. I haven’t heard back yet, but I will dispute this charge with my bank & I’m sure they will take care of it for me. This place has gone downhill over the past year or so and this will be the last time I get food from them, either delivery or in person. What a shame.

Had a great experience at the Kingman, Az location. Christmas Eve. Taken care of by Ely. What an exceptional server. Food portions were over the top; 1/2 rack of ribs, nachoes..Drinks were refilled fast. Great staff. Food was out quick. The chilli pepper on my plate; took a bite- it burned for about 30 minutes! Diffenitly be back !

I came here with my family and order the wings special and it was good. Our server made us feel welcome but I forgot her name. Lol. This location was big, nice and clean. I highly recommend this place to hang out with family.

I don’t know what’s up with this town, but almost any restaurant you go to (small business or corporate) their drinks taste DIRTY like yall don’t clean your machines. Hubby and I had a strawberry lemonade and 2 sprites with our to go order and all three of them tasted dirty and smelled dirty. Like clean your machines! You’re going to make people sick.
Food was fine. Salads and lettuce are always soggy and wilty.
