We often eat here. Usually we have no issues. This time our order had chips and salsa. The chips were crumbs, I asked for different chips and I was told the cook cooked them like that. Hard to believe, I saw other tables with whole chips.

Always our favorite place for a really great burger. The “3 for me”special can’t be beat. Food and service were great as always.

The food was ok, they were out of a lot of items. It was later in the evening but seemed like an excessive amount of items being out. The waiter was very friendly and offered suggestions of items that were out of stock which ended up being comical cuz it was one after the other. Finally settled on a steak, cooked nice but seasoned very strange. Would try again but earlier in the day

Steven was our server tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! We were kind of in a hurry and he made sure we got out of there fast without skimping on amazing customer service. The food was fantastic as usual. Would definitely recommend this location.

Now I’ve been to a lot of Chili’s in my day. But this location definitely stands out, largely thanks to our exceptional waiter. Though his name escapes me (a serious oversight on my part!) his service was truly top-notch. Beyond his attentiveness, our food arrived incredibly fast.
This was my first time ordering the Big Smasher Burger, but most likely won’t be the last. Don’t forget to check out the 3 for Me specials – I got a burger, chips & salsa, and drink for $10.99. If you order all of that separate, it would be $23.97!

DO NOT EAT HERE! This place was nasty! I’ve never had a bad experience with any Chili’s except for tonight! My boyfriend and I ordered ribeye steak dinners. We asked for medium well and as you can see from the pictures they were not! We also ordered chips and guacamole. Let me start with the food. Our steaks, shrimps and my asparagus were burnt!!! We ordered medium well. My steak had a flap of meat folded when they cooked it burnt and when I opened the flap that was never opened for cooking it was raw. Our shrimps were the size of a penny and they were burnt as well. I got charged extra for substituting to get the asparagus but that was useless since it was burnt! The chips were old and stale and were drenched in oil! It looks like they gave us the leftovers instead of cooking a fresh batch. The service was horrible. Although the waitress was trying to be nice she was also responsible in making sure our food was prepared correctly and she didn’t advocate for us! It was so obvious our food was burnt. When I brought it to her attention, she took my plate back to have them cook the raw flap. We were never given replacement food for the burnt ones we were served. I couldn’t believe they burnt the asparagus as well and still had the audacity to serve us our food like that! Our bill was $94 for burnt food! The restrooms were filthy as well! We will not return!

Service was good, especially for it being a busy night. However the food was horrible, from the appetizers being burnt to my daughter sliders being burnt on the outside and yet still raw on the inside. Let alone my wife who is pregnant getting a raw (still mowing) steak. I’m very disappointed. Very sad being this used to be such a good dinner spot.

I ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken crisper with mashed potatoes. They were so good. My husband had the burger. He loved it. The enchilada soup is very good. My husband liked his baked potato soup. We actually wanted their chile, but low and behold… Chiles doesn’t offer cole anymore. That was a disappointment. The chocolate lava cake was decent. But now, or server Steven, was amazing. But he always is. His personal amity is just bubbly and helpful. We’re always pleased when we come here and Steven is our server. The atmosphere was jumping as it was busy. They play good music, too. I recommend Chiles and Server Steven!

I just want someone to take accountability for the $62 I spent for two meals to be delivered. The dasher got to your restaurant in a timely manner, was told my food was not ready. After 30 mins of waiting, he left and they had to send another second dasher who was also told the food wasn’t ready. Turns out it was sitting on a counter in the back when he asked for it a second time.
By the time our food got here everything was soggy and ice cold. DoorDash did nothing and said it was a chilis issue, I called and you say it’s a DoorDash issue. The burger was so cold and soggy that it was falling apart. I’ll upload a pic of what my fresh mex bowl looked like.
