Always great visiting this location! The host with the curly hair is on point! Didn’t skip a beat, sat us at a booth that accommodated our family really well The service was great, the food was delicious as always. This location is VERY consistent. We visited Chili’s for the first time and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding—our server was attentive and made us feel right at home.
Our food came out surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed complimentary chips and salad thanks to our rewards program, which was a nice touch!
Overall, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely disgusted with my takeout service tonight. A bunch of kids just playing around. Then I get home and discover my food. I beg your finest pardon. What is this? This has got to be the absolute worst food I’ve ever received from anywhere in my life. Both of the Mozz Sticks were nearly completely hollow and burnt. The egg rolls were so soggy I couldn’t even pick them up with my hand. How disgusting and dirty is the outside of this box. The grease is enough to kill a grown adult. What is going on.

Photo is worth a 1000 words. Definitely won’t be going back. The only thing I was willing to eat from this order was the Mozzarella Sticks. The egg Rolls were way way under cooked. Money refunded. Contacted Management that day.

I had a good time at Chili’s thanks to our excellent server, a young man who was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The spicy margaritas were spot on—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick. We also got the Triple Dipper appetizer, which is a great deal for the variety it offers. I highly recommend the sliders and Southwestern egg rolls; both were delicious.
However, the boneless wings were disappointing, lacking flavor, chewy, soggy. The mozzarella sticks were greasy and just okay. We ordered the surf and turf, asking for a medium ribeye, but it initially came out well done. Thankfully, the manager quickly brought out a new plate, which we appreciated. The chocolate chip cookie and ice cream—it was overbaked and small for the price.
Overall, I’d return for the drinks and appetizers, but I’d probably skip the entrees next time. Definitely stick with the Triple Dipper and spicy margaritas!

Well we never got to eat. We get there, put our name down, stand right there, they said 10 minutes and we’re waiting 25. The hostess start calling people that came in after us, so we speak up and she says we were notified. I have no text. But the manager comes up and would rather speak to the hostess instead of us. Why should we get notified when we are standing right there. The hostess is a greeter and should speak to costumers, instead of keeping her face in an iPad. This was poor customer service on so many levels for the hostess and the manager. We are regulars at this Chili’s and we will never go there again.

To-go order was incorrect twice, the team member I spoke to wanted to rudely go back and forth with me about how he knew my food was correct instead of getting a manager. Manager Maria said they were just busy & seemed like she could not care less about her teams lack of customer service skills. I guess being busy means you dont have to fulfill tickets correctly. Not the first bad experience here, previously ordered a very simple burger in house(meat, cheese,bun). It came out fully loaded & when sent back they simply scraped things off and returned it to the table still covered with mustard. Dont reccomend

With customer services being a dying skill and trait in restaurants and stores I want to thank Amber for her EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was extraordinary! Amber thank you for your customer services, your smile, your tentativeness, hospitality and the joy you shared with us. It is evident you make the world a better place and you make those you serve feel appreciated. The Quesadilla salad was fresh and the chicken had much flavor, i substituted the vinaigrette with ranch (as a ranch connoisseur Chilis is up there with the best) Truly enjoyed every bit. But again what made it a truly enjoyable time is seeing customer service alive in the establishment. Amber thank you a thousand times over. You are a difference maker. It is clear why you were the one chosen to train a new hire. I suggest to anyone going in to ask if Amber is there so she can be the one who provides you quality service.

Our sever Josh was extremely patient with me and husband. We came in with our two younger kiddos and he made sure we were taken care of as well paced us out extremely well. He answered all questions we had also. Extremely recommended going and asking to be severed by him!

There was a time where the food was not that good. It seemed the cook didnt put much effort. Now the food is delicious. Hot. Flavorful. The loaded potato soup is creamy, not too cheesy nor salty. The chips are crispy. Strawberry lemonade cold and sweet. Fries are crispy from the outside and soft and hot from the inside. I got the 3 for me. Old timers cheesburger. 10.99. Great price and great food. We all have different experiences, mine have been well so I give it a 5. Thanks Chillis!!
