I’m never coming back to this location again! The tortillas were stuck together. The chicken in my fajitas were undercooked. I never have any problems at the Peoria or Goodyear locations. Not to mention the parking outside is natrocious. The chips and salsa were the only good thing.

Probably the best lunch deal in Surprise if you’re looking for burgers. My burger reminded me of the old fashioned yummy ones I used to get. Perfectly cooked and came with a side salad. My margarita was amazing . The service was the best we’ve experienced in years. Everyone, from the hostess, server, person delivering our food to the manager we’re team players and made sure we had everything we needed. Just WOW! I’m glad to see customer service back again.

The steak was cooked to order and it was perfect. The fried pickles got soggy pretty quickly unfortunately. The asparagus lacked seasoning. Overall, it’s Chilis. Nothing to blow your socks off but consistently decent food.

Chili’s is a good go to restaurant. The food is good, service is good and prices fair. I had a regular cheese burger and fries. It was freshly cooked and much larger than expected. Great flavor. We don’t go every day, but when we go, food and service is very good and the restaurant is always very clean.

Busy Friday nite. 45 min wait, but was less. Service good, food served hot. The chips, hot, lite, and salsa good. The cheese crisp served with my grilled chicken salad was too crispy at the ends otherwise very good salad and dressing.

I have to say, our server was SOOO NICE! I love the conversation and back-and-forth. I like when I feel like more than just a number or a table. The only thing I’m nocking down for was the fact that someone at our table got the unlimited soup/salad, and it was a hassle to get refills of it. We ordered more, and it never came out until I had to pull another waitress. Otherwise, the food was GREAT and and the waitress was such a delight.

My family and I decided to stop at Chilli’s for dinner. The service was average, had to ask for drink refill. The waitress was nice and polite. The food was terrible. My husband and I both had the chicken strips with fries, my son had a burger and fries and my daughter had a chipotle chicken bowl. Not one uf us finished our food it was so nasty. We will not be going back.
