I was so excited to go to Chili’s, specifically for the Wicked drinks. My party of 12 was deciding between Applebee’s, Texas Roadhouse, and Chilli’s. I regret making this decision. We were seated within 35 minutes, which was great and although we didn’t have the most horrible experience, I expected a lot better. We’ve had better experiences here. Felt like the waitress was just trying to get it over with. She wasn’t bad, just felt like she had little patience. Before we could even something, she would cut us off. They ran out of Witch’s Brew and only had the Good Witch but with a different flavor. Even then, didn’t have the stir stick for it, and it came in a water glass. Minutes later, someone else got the same drink in the glass that it was intended to be in. I don’t know, the whole time I was lowkey scared to ask for anything in fear that I’d upset someone so we kept it minimal. Even when I have a “bad” experience, I typically tip 20%, more if others in my party tip less, but this time I did not care. This Wicked collaboration is meant to draw more customers so if you don’t have the capacity for it, maybe don’t offer it? And if someone doesn’t feel like being at work, because that’s what it felt like, maybe try not to show it. Left a bad taste in my mouth. On a good note, the spicy-Ritas were great and the sliders were too. Everything was fairly priced.

Came here to have a margarita. I’ve been craving and Chili’s is my fav spot. However, this visit especially knowing how busy it was. I was not satisfied with overall service. The water was in a dirty cup, the margarita glass looked dirty the second one she bought me finally came with a salted rim but still looked dirty with those watermarks they tried to wipe away but just smeared it on the glass.. I did not feel comfy drinking that. The seat I sat on was dirty and I sat in the edge. It was just uncomfortable, I couldn’t even enjoy my food. Usually this location is on top of it today they weren’t.

I recently visited Chili’s Grill & Bar and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, there was no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary chips and salsa, courtesy of the app, were absolutely delicious and set the tone for the meal.
The main dishes were equally impressive, with each dish being flavorful and satisfying. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

Best chilis location we have ever come across. 10/10 service from our server Eli. He was able to accommodate us and was always there to provide great service ! We came for a simple meal and instead we found great value. Everything was fresh and hot. Would come again. This world truly doesnt deserve people like Eli ! 10/10 server.

Wow! My sister n law knows I love chips & salsa. She said I would love Chili’s. And she was 100% right. My co worker and I met for a drinks and appetizer, we sat at the bar and had excellent service from Rebecca. Had the margarita of the month delicious! Great chips and salsa. Decided to get a 3 for me meal (burger and fries with excellent flavor and a cup of potato soup yum!) Everything was great!! I’m a thrifty person and never go out to eat. Well until now. I think I will treat myself to a weekly or bi weekly trip to Chili’s. Rebecca was on top of everything. I usually feel like a bother when I ask a waiter for a chip refill at any given restaurant, I didnt have to with Rebecca. She asked me before I was out of the first batch. 100% recommend and will be back soon. Chili’s you just got yourself a new regular customer

We were waited on promptly. Very good service, great atmosphere. I had the becan rancher. The flavors just flow well together with the onions, pickles, and becan. The sliders were just right for a couple of hamburger cravings. My daughter loves the chicken strips, and my son loves the personal pizzas.

Got here at 8:20 and they advised it was an hour wait for a party of 6 understandable , did not get seated until 9:55 and there was clearly open tables on the floor ! The hostess repeatedly told numerous dine in people how it was between 1/2 hour wait and glorified they close at 11 ! That’s very unprofessional! Do Better Chilis !
