Had a Long Island Iced Tea with guacamole and Chicken Cajun Pasta. The drink was rely good, but I had to finally get my servers attention to place a food order and it took over 40 minutes to get my pasta. I wouldn’t have cared how long it took except that it was lukewarm. I was pretty full from the tasty guacamole, so I just had them box up the pasta. Will heat it properly later lol. I am actually still waiting for the server to give me a bill. Food already boxed, 2 empty glasses…..just waiting to give some money…..please come soon with my bill.

I’ve been coming to this location since they’ve been opened. Back when Riverview was still a ghostown. I’m well aware it’s a chain, but I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The food has always been consistent and the staff has always been friendly.

I only took a quick lunch there and I sat at the bar with my friend. We only ordered food , quesadilla is what I got and she got a burger. The portions were quite big, service was ok, like normal , nothing extra. It was good for a quick lunch as it was the only one opened.

Just had my Father’s day dinner at this restaurant. We asked the hostess for the open booth we could clearly see and was told they were keeping it open because of the lack of waitresses and seated us at a table with wobbly chairs. She then proceeded to seat the very next customers at that booth. I told her I would write a review and what she did was wrong. My child’s burger was burnt but the server Trinity did comp us for that and she was great. My honey Chipotle chicken had no honey flavor…they were just a hot mess. I will not return to that Chilli’s and I may write a letter to corporate over the treatment my family received from the hostess

Great service as always, good food. These type of restraunts, “big franchises” you have to understand the food consistency or quality might not be the same every day depending on who’s working. Unfortunately I got a partly raw chicken this time. But the service and drinks made up for it.

We went to CG&B so one of us could get a beer with dinner. On the back of the menu were bargain combos that really worked out well, price wise. I chose chips and guacamole which also had salsa. My burger had fries on the plate, so I ended up with food coming home due to the portion sizes. Additionally, a large slice of cheesecake was only $2.50 to add to the meal. Definitely worked out well. BTW, even though I started with a bacon cheeseburger, due to the volume of the guacamole, I ended up eating a bacon cheeseburger WITH guacamole replacing the lettuce and pickles. Definitely going again soon.

Canon with a huge group, (20+) of needy people and Jamey and her team were outstanding. We never waited more than a moment and even when our group is ordering out of order and doing all those things that complicate service she kept it all straight and we all left happy.
