We usually love going to Chili’s this time before we ordered we entered the items on the chilis app to double check the price. When we got the bill at the table it was $20 more then what the online ordering said. I asked the manager why it was $20 more and he said that was just the way it was. This makes me sad that they would make online ordering so much cheaper. Next time we won’t go to the restaurant this is a ridiculous system. It’s not worth $20 more to eat at the restaurant.

My main dish was not very warm at all. Unfortunately with the temp of the chicken when I ate it, made the honey really stick out a lot. Which made it very sweet. I was looking forward to spicy and some sweet. I’m one that can not enjoy my fries if they are room temperature, same with my corn on the cob. The server was AMAZING about taking it back and getting me something new but by that time everyone was finishing up, so I boxed it up to bring home.

Always a great time with the family. Triple Dipper appetizer is a great meal by itself. Kids Menu has something for every child. A classic place always with great selection, quality and service.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the service was amazing. The hostess we had was very kind. Our food wasn’t the greatest temperature. My daughter got pizza in a kids meal and it wasn’t very warm and she usually loves pizza but she took one bite and spit it out. I tasted it and it kind of tasted bitter. The cheese on it was gross. My meal was okay I got the chicken strips but again they weren’t the best temp. Not sure if we will be back in the near future.

Alcoholic drinks are mixed perfect. Ribs are very dry almost like eating rubber tire. But the chips and salsa and everything else I had on the choose 3 meat plate was amazing! Ribs can be tough to cook so I understand.

Not a bad place to eat. It was a good atmosphere. A bit busy, but it was a Friday lunchtime, and schools are out. The only complaint I had was my steak being over cooked from my preference (and at least one other customer had the same complaint while I was there). But the food was delicious for both myself and my daughter.

Food was amazing, love the salsa and chips. Atmosphere was inviting and fun. Took one star off of service only because a lot of bodies on this one shift, so heard and observed chatter with standing around that a customer shouldn’t observe. Nothing derogatory, just not work place appropriate. So locals let’s get this location more business to keep their employees busy. It’s so few and far between when we still have restaurants that will go the extra mile from staffing, service and food.
