Jamie was amazing! We had the 3 for me and she was on it with drinks, sauce, napkins, all of it. Everything came out within 10 minutes. We went in at 6:30 pm on Monday and it wasn’t really too busy, we got a nice booth with views of the basketball games. Plenty of sound to hear the announcers, but not too much. We had a nice conversation and a great time. Thanks chilis, and Jamie. I’ll be back.

Great experience! Our waitress Kennedy was great and so were all the staff. The food was also great and the drinks were good too. I love Chili’s and I’ve eaten at different ones! What a great place to take my family to lunch!

We usually have an amazing experience at Chili’s. We went last night (3/7) and it was not a great experience. We brought our young family, so four of us total. I can’t remember our waiters name. The first oddball experience was that we asked for our free member chips and salsa, and they brought two baskets, which was fine I guess we won’t complain- we brought this up just to make sure that we weren’t going to be charged twice. In response to us saying we got two he said “sure did” and walked away. Next, we ordered drinks- a Diet Coke, lemonade, kids milk, and kids lemonade- a random waiter brings us four sodas and we say this is not ours and he just takes them and walks away. Next up, my husband ordered the 3 for me Cajun shrimp pasta – they brought him chicken with pasta. He didn’t touch it and waited for them to come back to bring it up, he then told them that he ordered shrimp and not chicken, and the waiter said “sure did” and walked off. The manager brought the correct meal himself and then hovered for quite awhile watching us. When we went to pay we looked at the bill and tried to apply our discount for the chips and salsa, but it said only one discount per bill, we saw it said “Cajun shrimp pasta- compt” then under it had a “3 for me Cajun shrimp pasta” full price. So because it had the error of the compt meal, we weren’t able to apply our chips and salsa discount. The card reader was not working and then just shut off all together. We waited a while until someone came to help us, they fixed the machine and we said thank you and their response was “thanks for what??”

Jaime is one of the best servers at this location, she is prompt, handles rushes easily, and is kind and friendly. This location is quick with getting us sat, served, and satisfied. Thank you for this! One thing I would like to see is the white queso coming back, putting it along side the bean and southwest queso was always so perfect. It would be great if this could happen.

The food was so delicious tonight and our waitress was also excellent. There has to be more waitress like her she was very sweet and attractive. Check on us frequently made sure we had everything we needed. I don’t remember her name we went around 7:00 ish pm sat at table 21 . This woman deserves a raise and the cook on that night does as well. ☺️

Good service, nice waiter, but we had 2 hairs in our food on two different plates Sunday afternoon. Loaded potato Soup was nowhere near hot enough, neither were the loaded mashed potatoes. We come here quite often, it’s usually great, and I don’t want anything free, so just fix it please. It costs too gd much to eat out these days to be putting up with that. Won’t be back anytime soon.

I went in there last night March 2026 and got steak fajitas, ended up getting sick, bowel movements ect. Called the Mgr the next day he took my number and said that he appreciated the call. No credit, no let us make up for getting you sick. Nothing. I wont be returning to that location man customer service is like a thing of the past.

Food was gross . One steak was ordered medium rare and it came out blue. The other steak that we got was ordered medium well and it came out well to the point where it tasted like jerky. We got our drinks fairly early except one of our party member had to wait almost 20 minutes to get her drink. We got our appetizer before she got her drink. We had to ask the waitress three times to get her her Dr. Pepper. I get that they were busy but damn. The manager did come over and comp one of the steaks but it was just gross and just a bad experience all around. When you’re waiting 45 minutes for food that is not cooked properly. The fries were cold. My grandson’s little hamburger bites we’re like hockey pucks. The only thing that was good was the hamburger one of our party members ordered.

The crew and food were so good!! Everyone was kind and we were seated very quickly for a Saturday night. Violet served us and she was so kind and attentive to our needs, she gave us great drink reccomendations and brought our food out fast. I would recommend this location 100% and will be visiting again
