We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Chili’s Bar & Grill – 1070 E Fort Union Blvd, and it was 100% because of our server, Noah.
Noah wasn’t just great at his job — he’s one of the coolest dudes we’ve ever met. His attention to detail was next-level, and his commitment to quality was unreal. He was confident, assertive, and genuinely cared about the experience, not just the order.
The moment that sealed it for me: he literally stood with me while I cut into my steak for the first time to make sure it was cooked medium rare — and it was perfect. That level of pride and care is rare these days.
Service like this turns a meal into a memory. If you’re eating here, ask for Noah. Chili’s is lucky to have him.

Went in for a date with my wife. Staff at the front doors were very polite and quick to get us seated. Our server was named Pete and he did a fantastic job! He was very polite and helpful with our menu choices. His service was fast and we never had to wait for refills or anything else! If you go ask to sit in Pete’s section! Wonderful evening!

Good food, good value but after decades of visiting chilis in various cities, I must say the our server, Milo, was the best. Warm, friendly and very helpful. Effusive at times but never exhausting. It felt like he was really enjoying his job, and we really enjoyed our evening. Thank you, Milo for your exceptional service.

Thought I would surprise my family with 2 Lava Cakes to-go tonight. Big Mistake! Was in a rush to get home and watch the Utah Football game, and took them 35 minutes for 2 Stinkin’ Lava cakes! Sat on the to-go table for 10 minutes before it got bagged. They were definitely not working on first in first out.

Visited with an old friend I hadn’t seen in a few years. Wanted to use a gift card I had received but wasn’t familiar with how to redeem it. Mary, the manager, along with Kat, our hostess, tried several times to assist but also couldn’t figure this particular gift card out. After numerous failed attempts, Mary comped our meal!! After we left the restaurant, the gift card redemption appeared in my email, so I immediately returned back to the restaurant to pay but Mary refused and insisted we use the gift card for another time. My friend and I were both beyond grateful to Mary and Kat for making our reunion even more special and memorable! Kudos to Mary and Kat at the Fort Union Chili’s in Midvale. We thank and appreciate you both! We had the sizzling trio fajitas with double chicken and shrimp, which was simply delish !! We will definitely return at a later date to enjoy the pleasantries of Chili’s staff, food, and atmosphere. Ms. Mary and Kat….we salute you ❤️

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location.
I ordered beef fajitas and steak fajitas, and the order arrived missing basic items, no tortillas, no condiments, even though I paid extra for additional tortillas. The meal was essentially incomplete.
When I called to fix the issue, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I called back again and finally reached someone, but instead of being helpful, the employee was rude and dismissive. After explaining everything, I was told I would receive a $10 refund and that it would appear within 5–7 business days.
That refund never happened. It’s now been over a month, and nothing was credited back to my card. So not only was my order wrong and the customer service poor, but I was also lied to about the refund.
Between the missing food, nearly 45 minutes wasted on the phone, and the disrespectful attitude, this was one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve had. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I would not recommend it to others.
