Wow has Chili’s gone down hill. $7 for chips? I’d expect that if the prices were much lower. Brisket was super sweet, like they dipped it in sugar before grilling. Waiter talked so fast half my group had to have everything translated… no accent he just wouldn’t slow down. No happy overall.

I’ll never understand why a restaurant skims on take out orders. (I know one might say, they put in the correct serving but a cup of soup always comes full.) Plus, that manager in the red shirt has no respect for his employees. Just go to Riverdale.

Service was fast! Got there on a holiday and it was packed. But we were seated immediately. Our server was amazing . I left a review for him on the table after we paid. He gifted us some chips to go We ordered the sirloin with mashed potatoes, asparagus and a chocolate molten cake to go It was all delicious Thank you!

Love the service here! Waitress was super quick and helpful! Drinks were always full! The food was okay, tried the famous bowl of chili and it was all spice and seasoning couldn’t even taste the meat or beans. The salad was good tomatoes were fresh and croutons were buttery and flavorful! The choose three entree was good as well. You can choose any three items. We got the mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, and the burger bites!

I think this was by far the worst Chilis I’ve been to. Came here with my husband to get dinner, the table we were sat at wasn’t swept up, there was still trash under the seats and chip crumbs all over. We waited 10 minutes for our waitress to come talk to us, she eventually came and took our orders, my husband ordered Fajitas and I got the Triple Dipper with honey-chipotle mozz. I confirmed with the waitress that I wanted the honey-chipotle and she even repeated it back to me. We waited 20 minutes for our food to come, when it did my order was wrong. I kindly informed her of the mistake and she didn’t even apologize, she just took my food away. She proceeds to bring my husband’s food out, doesn’t let me know how long my food will take. Snacking on my husband’s food, another 20 minutes goes by where my husband finished his food and I was ready to leave. My food finally came after another 10 minutes but we were just interested in getting a box and leaving. Guess how long we waited for a box? 10 minutes and we watched our waitress at a table across from us being friendly with the guest. My husband had to get up and get a box for me. On our way out, we passed our waitress and she didn’t even acknowledge us. It was fairly busy tonight, but not busy enough where the service was terrible. The waitress was an older woman with space buns in her hair. Never coming back here again.

Went and had dinner, took our infant child. They were very accommodating. The food was fresh. The prices did feel a little higher than last time I’d been to a Chili’s but the quality was what I would expect from a Chili’s. Would go again if the need arised.

I came in on sunday for some lunch and it took 10 minutes for anyone to help me and when the host came up, she seemed irritated that i was even there and after she sat me down she didn’t even tell me to enjoy she just walked back. My server was nice and helpful but the fact that the host made me feel like a burden makes me never want to return. As someone in customer service you should treat us with respect, especially if you’re the first person i see when i walk in.

A family of 14 arrived at Chili’s shortly after 2:00 to commemorate a significant event. When the host asked about the size of our party, we replied that there were 14 of us. After confirming this number, she asked us to wait outside or in our cars to prevent overcrowding in the lobby. I was astonished by this request. I turned to my sister and inquired whether she intended to locate us in our vehicles when our table was ready. Instead, we chose to wait near the front entrance, which inevitably led to a gathering of our group in that area. We ensured that we did not obstruct other patrons entering the establishment, observing the numerous empty seats that could have been combined to accommodate our party. Our waitress provided exceptional service, and I accordingly left a substantial tip. Nevertheless, the experience has led me to question whether I will return to the Layton Chili’s location in the future. Given the substantial bill of over $270, I was disappointed by the restaurant’s approach to handling large groups, especially considering our arrival prior to the peak dining hour. Shame on you!
Jaden, thank you for being so kind and very friendly and taking such good care of us! I’ll never forget your name or the respect you had. Chili’s, you’re so lucky to have this young man as part of your team. I guess it’s true, with the last two visit, I’ve been treated with respect, I for give my terrible experience, Jaden, you’re truly the best. Thanks for being you; you’re incredible.
