It has been a while since I have been to Chili’s. I am not sure if quality has gone down so I am.jyst used to eating so many chips and salsa I didn’t notice before. My quesedilla explosion salad was weak. A little bit of iceberg lettuce with corn and straps on it. The grilled chicken didn’t look grilled at all. They did melt a little cheese on top to hide the fact there was not much on the salad. The tiny quesedilla’s looked like they had been microwaved and had no flavor. I was so disappointed. We got there at Sunset and we’re seated at a table with the sun shining in our eyes. They were not happy that we wanted to switch tables so they put us back by the kitchen (passed several open tables) in the corner that had a spotlight shining in our eyes. I was so disappointed that they didn’t care to make us happy with our seating. I am also not a fan about the fact that after you make an order you never see the waiter again because different people all bring out food. Since we were seated by the kitchen we got to watch all the employees stand around and chat (some not so great language). I used to love, love Chili’s but I may not be coming back.

It’s been over 4 years since I’ve tried this place again. Was horrible then. Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger through delivery. Marked the order option as “pink” on the doneness… it was way over cooked. So much so that it was not juicy nor tender. And in top of that, the “big bowl of chili” Was the cup size portion. NEVER AGAIN will I have Chili’s. And I am an original customer of the very first one in Dallas. …$35 bucks later.

Ordered to go. Did not get full order AND order was incorrect! Ordered a Baked Potato soup that I didn’t get it and requested no cilatro. If anything, there was extra cilantro.

The bar area is separate from the rest of the dining area and nice when we’re not taking the kids out with us.(all older and not babies anymore) There are glass windows that help keep the noise down from the rest of the dining area. It’s good to go on a date or just relax and have a meal without a lot of distractions or annoyances.

Service was slow and our server took a while to take our order and then bring the drinks. Then brought our appetizers and main dishes at the same time. Wasn’t very pleased with my experience. Will be a while before I give them another try.

The food was good. I had a brisket sandwich that was a little heavy on the coleslaw. The server was friendly and fairly attentive. We had to wait quite a while to check out after our meal.

I’m here to demand justice for this Chili’s star rating. I’ve been a patron of this place for over four years consistently and have never had a bad experience. Excellent staff, drinks/food are always as expected ( amazing ), and you can’t beat that view of the Target parking lot lol. Love this place.

Completely a bust. Ordered online for pickup, arrived before the appointed time, sat and waited, and waited. Finally was brought to me fifteen minutes late. Got home and the food was cold; chicken was not even body temperature. Ended up throwing it away because it was inedible. Reported this to the corporate office, all I got was a “we’re sorry, we’ll try to do better.” There won’t be a next time for this store, or probably for the chain.
