This was our stop from the Temple, there was an hour wait time but once we were in the service was great, the staff friendly and informative. I tried their new BBQ Brisket burger and it was delicious. I’d recommend trying it out on your next visit if you haven’t already.

We normally like Chili’s, but tonight was an absolute nightmare. We waited forever for our food, like 45 minutes after ordering then when we got out my husbands hamburger it was completely charred, my kids’s chicken was completely dry and my nachos were soggy. It’s one thing to have horrible food but to have a very long wait time makes it even worse. Our server Jess was kind, she kept our drinks and chips refilled so that was a positive but overall this was a horrible experience, most likely we will not be back. This is the 2nd time the food has just been “meh”. Sorry for the horrible review but for how I much I just spent there, it was awful and a complete waste. 2 of my kids are home now eating cereal because it was so bad.

Food and service was good. It took awhile to get our food. My husband had chipotle ribs and said they were better than the original ribs that he usually gets. He asked for sanitizing wipes and the waiter said they quit carrying them Not a good choice for ribs I hope they rethink that

We had an awesome waitress. She kept my husband’s glass full! This is my favorite restaurant, and my steak was done to perfection. My husband and son stole 1/2 of my soup it was so good. Our only suggestion would be less lime juice on the chips as a few of them were soggy.

Super awesome service. Food was very tasty and relatively quick to come out. They where very busy and still treated us like they cared a lot. Got constant drink refills and a waiter was always there when we needed her.

Extremely disappointed with our experience tonight. We first ordered chips and salsa and received chips that were completely crushed. Then when we received the Cajun Pasta it was was cold so we sent it back. When we received a new plate it was once again cold. Finally the 3rd time it was lukewarm. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
