During the last two months their service and cleanliness has noticeably improved! As a first, for lunch, I tried their “3 for me” steak dinner and was shocked at its quality — bravo! My only complaint is the waiter never gave me soup as requested, therefore I want 2 cups during my next visit ….

Was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were overcooked. They looked like they had already been cooked then allowed to cool then cooked again. They were dark and dry. The sandwich was overcooked and absolutely no hot honey on it. The other item was the quesadilla the tortilla was so dry my friend had to tear it apart mostly ate the inside. The best part was the waitress. She was friendly and attentive. It was not busy so I don’t understand poor food but maybe that was the issue. The cook just got lazy

Not sure why I keep trying any food besides the triple dipper, which is still just OK. I’ve ordered the quesadilla here and it was filled with hard to chew chicken, like trying to chew rocks. Another time i got the chicken tenders and they were mostly just fatty bits. My latest visit I got the chicken fajitas. I should have known when my plate was set down in front of me and I smelled something gross. First, they weren’t even sizzling, just a warm plate. The separate plate of cheese, sour cream and pico was warm and the shredded cheese mostly melted. And the chicken? Absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. I dont think I’ve ever had worse fajitas. On the plus side, our service here has always been pretty stellar, even when they are busy.

The burger I ordered was perfect!!! It was cooked well. Not overcooked. It came medium rare as I like. The fries were fresh and hot. I complimented the cook for the best burger I had eaten in a very long time.
We arrived late in the evening and watched the end of the Thursday night game on their TVs. I cheered and booed as if I were at home. They laughed and joked about my antics. The service was awesome.
I highly recommend you visit this location if you’re hungry and like excellent service.

Several visits, always same time, last three times even at same table. Same Waiter every time, and He does not like his job or people. Not sure why he is still there. Walks away during middle of 6 top still ordering drinks. This has happened on all three visits. Refills come only when getting ready to leave on drinks. Now to the food: Loaded baked potato soup is AMAZING! Macaroni and cheese…. WOW. They know the way to bring cheese flavors out for sure. Burgers ok, not best or not the worst. Chicken strips have an excellent seasoning on them and were not dry. mozzerrela sticks? Holy gigantic pillow sized feast! They are a meal by themselves, excellent sauce too!

Order placed online while waiting in Curbside service. 20 minute wait turned into 30. Not being busy at 8pm was an indicator I should have placed more emphasis on. So curbside is not going to be curbside but rather an upfront parking spot so you can walk in to find out where your inedible food is at. The two burgers were both cold and had sat on the grill long enough to see that they had actually stuck to the surface. Both dried out and gallons of grease between the patty and bun. Soggy cold fries and a waste of time and money. Last time I visited a chili’s was 2002 and it was ok. Fast forward 23 years and the comparison shows the void shell it once was as a brand. $30 wasted, 30 + minutes wasted and still hungry with a bad aftertaste from a couple of bites.

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I didn’t like the hamburger sliders or the egg rolls . I did like the buffalo boneless wings . My wife and daughter liked their meal, though, so it might just be me that doesn’t like the food.

horrible service. my family and i are hispanic and when i tell you these employees were racist they were. we were there for atleast 30 minutes and they didn’t serve us or even come by to ask us what we wanted to drink. and when we entered they didn’t even want to sit us down. there were no customers or nothing and waited atleast 15 minutes to get satted. definitley never coming back.

We enjoyed our meal and our waiter was very attentive. I tried the bacon ranch burger which actually tasted very good. However, it’s a massive high calorie burger that I don’t recommend eating too often!!
