We enjoyed our meal and our waiter was very attentive. I tried the bacon ranch burger which actually tasted very good. However, it’s a massive high calorie burger that I don’t recommend eating too often!!

My mom and I came in for lunch and she ordered the BBQ brisket burger and I order the smokehouse combo with ribs and what was supposed to be honey Chipotle chicken strips. When we got our food the burger was closer to raw and the menu says they’re meant to be medium well with little to no pink at all. When we asked the server she said that the burgers are meant to come out pink.

We went in for the first time, my husband ordered ribs, as you can tell in the pictures the ribs were fatty. It took an hour to get our food, with an 8 yr child with us. They were not busy at all. I would recommend choosing another options for your dining experience.

Order 10oz sirloin medium rare, it was served well done. Asked them to re-grill it and it was brought back closer to rare but far more edible than before. I’m sure other things on menu are cooked or grilled better but I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

The food was alright. I had the bacon burger, and my wife had the Cajun pasta dish, and it was pretty plain. Service could have been a little better and went through my whole appetizer before my drink was refilled. The restaurant looked great, clean, was seated fast.

We literally got seated and sat for 25 minutes and a server never came to even acknowledge us. We asked for a server and the host tells us our server is very busy. Really? We walked right in and was seated right away with no waiting but too busy to serve us. They were 50 percent capacity at max. Let’s just say I took my money somewhere else and they served me promptly and were twice as busy. Pretty sad considering it was a large group of us.

Came in to watch basketball game and eat dinner in the bar 6/4/23. When no one came to the hostess area to seat us, we waited a few minutes then went to sit down. The bartender clearly saw us. After 10 minutes no one came to wait on us so my husband went to order a drink at the bar and was asked if we seated ourselves. She lectured him and told him not to do this in the future. She got a waitress to bring us menus. The bartender then came over and lectured us two more times on in the future please don’t seat yourselves. Really? We are not children and there were maybe 8 people total in the restaurant. At one point we were the only ones there. We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Trust us when we say we will not seat ourselves in the future as we will never be back. Terrible customer service experience.

My husband and I met up with my son and 2 of my grandchildren at this Chili’s location. I ordered our adult meals then ordered from the children’s menu. These two children don’t eat much. So I ordered 1 childs meal for the two of them to split. Then I asked for the Kraft Mac and Cheese as a side to the kids meal. The waitress explained that the kids Kraft Mac and Cheese does not come as a side. I understood and said I’d pay the price (as if getting another child’s meal). The Mac and Cheese that came out was the White Cheddar (the adult version). The kids would not eat it. I explained all over again to the waitress I ordered from the kids menu… the Kraft Mac and Cheese. She finally agreed to get what I’d ordered.

The food was excellent and service was professional and friendly. For the servers they had they were doing a great job. Surrounding tables were dirty and people were having to wait because of staffing it seemed. The employees that helped us were friendly and did great jobs.

The cooks suck! How can the waitress ring our order in, then nothing comes out how it was ordered? They yell at her, and make her cry. That place is horrible! It’s acceptable for cooks to leave food in the MICROWAVE too, and make the waitress wonder where her tables food went. That’s NOT how you treat employees/coworkers!!! Also, queso should not come out COLD!!!
