Came here for a drink and the famous triple dipper and wasn’t impressed but kinda knew that coming in. I’ve seen the triple dipper on social media and decided we would stop in because we weren’t very hungry but wanted a drink and app. The drinks were good! Delicious and strong! You only need 1 drink to feel good.
The triple dipper we chose the honey crispy chicken, BBQ bone in wings and mozzarella sticks. The honey crispy chicken was the best option of them all, they were so crispy and the sauce was amazing! We loved those and would order those again! The mozzarella sticks were underwhelming, not very stringy and advertised and just plan tasting, the wings were disappointing, the BBQ sauce was not very good and super sticky.
Overall the experience was underwhelming but we didn’t have expectations going in. It’s chilis after all. Would come back for the tenders and drinks though.

We had dinner at this Chili’s location yesterday. We waited a while to be seated but noticed there were empty tables. Puzzled. Once we were seated, our waiter explained that their system was down and asked for our patience and understanding.
We had an enjoyable meal and a nice place to hang out. Although the overall service was not as optimal as what they desired or fully met our expectations, their staff were very friendly and maintained the level of respect every customer deserved. I don’t normally review chained restaurants, but I want to thank the service and kitchen crews for their want to do right by attitude.

I placed a ‘pick up’ order on-line last night. The process of ordering and pick up was very quick and easy. The wait time was minimal (15 minutes for a Friday evening), and pick up was a breeze, with designated ‘order out’ parking made available.
I would definitely do it again! The food was great!

This is the best Chili’s I’ve been to! They are so friendly. I have four kids, and my almost two year old knocked her water down. They were so friendly and assured us it was okay. Our server (wish I would have got her name), but she was very accommodating to all of our requests. I would highly recommend for families with young kids. Great experience. It’s nice seeing food service become more kid friendly. Food was also fresh and yummy! We will be coming back.

Shelley was our server tonight, she was exceptional. We had our kids with and so we were constantly asking for things and she made every effort to help. Food has always come out fast and fresh as can be. Will continue to come back for periodic nights out.

I really wish I had gotten our servers name. We were seated in the corner next to the bar by the pick up entrance on 7/21/23 around 6pm. Tall skinny guy and was so nice and attentive!
Everything was phenomenal from the service to the food to the cleanliness.
Our food came out so quickly and my husband’s order was literally sizzling.

If you go to the Interquest Parkway Chili’s ask for Victor to be your server. This guy was fabulous, funny, prompt and professional. The world needs more “Victor’s” without a doubt. My food was delicious and of course my service was impeccable. Dinner started out with the Southwest Eggrolls and I ordered the Fajita Trio and added Jalapeño Sausage. It was scrumptious. The Coconut Margarita was so refreshing.

Disappointing pickup experience. I walked up to get my to-go order and stood there with no greeting or acknowledgment. A simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would’ve gone a long way, but there was nothing — I was left standing there wondering if I was even in the right place to pick up my order.
When I paid, I handed the employee my cash and he set the bills on the counter and dropped the coins into my hand instead of just handing me my change. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I don’t feel like I did anything wrong — I was polite and just there to pick up my food. Basic customer service and acknowledgment should be standard, even for a small to-go order. I was planning to tip, but after that interaction I’m glad I didn’t. Hopefully management can work on improving the customer experience at the pickup counter.
