It’s been a long time since the family has been at Chili’s. We thought we would try it again. I have to say the refreshed menu was solid. The mozzarella appetizer was good and the chicken tenders were juicy. The ribs themselves were seasoned well but a little tougher bite than I personally like. Overall a solid experience.

We haven’t been to this location in quite awhile and when we did go back we were so excited to see Jackie (our favorite server) was still there. Our lunch was so yummy that we decided to have our New Years Eve appetizers catered from here and those were so delicious!!! So glad we came back!!

Food was great. Drink could have been better. We got the classic presidente margaritas however the poor was light. Service was super quick, efficient and polite. We were in a chil spot so it was nice to be able to converse without a bunch of noise. Would go again. Close to nearby shopping.

The last several times we’ve been into this location the experience has been subpar. Tonight when we arrived, we asked to sit in the bar because we wanted to enjoy happy hour. We were told the bar was closed, even though half the tables were occupied and half were empty. We were seated in the main dining room, and when we asked if we could enjoy happy hour there, we were told no — that it was only available in the bar. Our food was not cooked properly (unmelted cheese and undercooked bacon, cold french fries). Then, when we tried to pay our check using the tabletop system, there were 4 additional entrees on our check that had not been cleared out from a previous customer. Our server, Amanda, who was wonderful, asked the manager to take the extra items off. After the check was adjusted and we tried to pay, the system said it couldn’t process our check due to an issue. Fifteen minutes later, with a lot of back and forth with the manager, our check was finally accurate. Disappointing is the best word to describe this experience. We will not be returning to this location.

Love my local (Castle Rock) Chili’s Restaurant. Whether I go inside & sit down for a meal or order “to go”, I have always had a good experience. The food is consistent and the prices are very reasonable. Great staff all around! I go there often.

The specific Chili’s provided amazing experience. Most Chili’s are all the same in the restaurants chain business, I do honestly love Chili’s but this one in specific provided an amazing customer experience. Julie was an amazing server/hostess. She made sure that my drinks or water were full the whole time and checked up on me constantly! I know we’re in a time that we’re wearing masks but I could tell she was smiling.
The food was good and staggered perfectly with my appetizer! My water and drink stayed full the entire time! If you’re going to take your family out to a Chili’s, make sure it’s this one!

My friend and I came in for lunch and were seated right away in a booth in the lounge. The service was kind of slow but that’s expected during a lunch rush.
I ordered a Blackberry Margarita, but our server suggested I try the Rita Rosé (the margarita of the month) and added that it was only $5. It was nice of her to make a suggestion to try something new, and save me some money! I was shocked when I saw the size of the Rita Rosé – it was the size of my head! It was so sweet I wasn’t able to finish the whole thing, but it’s a great drink to share.
We split the large order of the Texas Cheese Fries. They came out HOT and the cheese was melted nicely. Because the jalapeños are cooked they aren’t too spicy, but add a great flavor. I don’t know what it is about their ranch but it’s GOOD and they give you a large amount for dipping. I dipped. A lot.
Chili’s is one of the better places to get salads. And I’m not talking about salads that taste like nothing but lettuce. I’m talking about salads topped with LOTS of stuff with FLAVOR. I usually get the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, but I wanted to switch it up and got the Santa Fe Chicken Crispers Salad. You can sub grilled chicken, but I stuck with the fried flavor. Their salads are large and fill you up as your meal. I thought it was delicious!
The only thing I don’t like about Chili’s is their computer/tablets on each table. You can order drinks, food and pay your bill. I feel like that makes the experience much less personable.

Absolutely fabulous fajitas for lunch. I recommend the steak and shrimp fajitas. The steak and shrimp were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The side of beans was to die for. Strawberry lemonade was thw perfect combination of sweat and tart. Our server was fantastic!!! We had a great lunch.
