We frequent chili’s at a different location im Colorado
This was our first time at this specific Chili’s. My husband and I both ordered chicken enchilada soup with our meal and it was rather disappointing. It seems we got the bottom of the soup that had clearly been sitting all day. The soup was much thicker than usual and very salty. I suspect this was from the mountain of cheese and tortilla strips piled on top to hide the very conservative cup of “soup”.
The rest of the meal was good and the server was pleasant.

This was not the best Chilis I’ve been to, but it was ok for the most part. I will say the waiters/waitress are very nice , but that cannot overcome the quality in the food.
I have attached a photo of some appetizers I ordered. I do not know how you make nachos that look this unappetizing. I think there is a lot of items on the menu like this so proceed with caution.

This Chili’s is really nice and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and super polite and friendly. We came in Saturday night after spending time at Urban air. It might have been a little bit before closing but the staff welcomed Us in happily. Dining room was very clean and our waitress was awesome. Only problem we had was our dishes had way too thick sauce that made it not so enjoyable. However on Monday I spoke with the manager who was so very nice and helpful. She refunded us the money on our dishes even though we didn’t report it immediately. To be honest we didn’t want to break the wonderful Vibe the staff had. The manager was super kind and refunded us our money. That in itself earned our business again and again. Anytime a manager puts the care of her customers First shows me that they are always going to take care of us. So we’ll be back but this time fajitas all around! Thank you Chili’s for having a fantastic manager and a SuperCrew. See you guys very soon!

Food was good but burger bites were inedible, I’m not the type to complain or write a review but service was absolutely terrible, we got like one refill and what’s with the margaritas? I swear not that long ago we were getting more alcohol for less… it’s a scam.

We dined here a while back and I forgot to leave the review. Catherine was our waitress. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and made our experience wonderful! Remembered our order and did not miss anything up she constantly checked on us couldn’t had a wonderful personality!! We love the atmosphere at this chilies. It’s our favorite one. It’s always nice and clean and the food is delicious.! We’re definitely will be back!

Got off of work with a buddy and after leaving Home Depot, thought we’d stop in for dinner. I had the Ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli . My buddy Dan had the 3 for Me with the potato soup for his starter and a cheddar cheese burger and fries. The food was amazing and the service was awesome. Great atmosphere!! Our compliments to the chef. Our waitress J was super great and very attentive. Definitely coming back to this location. 5-STARS all the way around!!!

After being without power for 24 hours, we stopped by Chili’s and sat at the bar. Brandon was a great server, the food was good (steak for fajitas was a bit overcooked), and the bartender working the service well was absolutely crushing it—ticket after ticket. Really appreciated the solid service during a hectic time. I work in the industry and was so nice to see every team member along with the managers helping eachother. Servers looking at tickets at bar server well and just running drinks that were not for tables they had. Managers running drinks and asking if anyone needed anything. Every team member just was in good spirits and could tell they just love hospitality. Kuddos to a job well done.

Emilie was awesome! She was so attentive & super sweet! She made our first time there enjoyable! Food was amazing, from the triple dipper to the pick 2, bbq ribs, Mac & cheese, corn, fries & oh boy, those big mouth bites were AMAZING. Everything had so much flavor I can’t express it! Great location! Don’t miss out on dessert, was well worth saving some dinner for home!!

I placed an online order, picked it up and couldn’t wait to get home and enjoy! As I started to get ready to eat opening the box I noticed white goo all over my burger, then had put a very hefty amount of mayo on my burger which I didn’t order nor could eat being lactose intolerant, I called and spoke to a manager he assured me I would get a refund! After telling my significant other what had happened she let me know that her burger also went in the trash, she ate half and noticed the burger wasn’t properly cooked!?!? Spent $40 to throw 2 burgers in the trash, and ruined my dinner! I will never order to go again! Can’t be trusted, at least in restaurant I could send un properly cooked food back!! Check your orders before driving away!!!!!!! Only refunded 1 burger! Y’all are horrible!!! Keep ruining dinners!

Got the triple dipper twice now from here and the food is always room temperature. no cheese pull from the mozz sticks and the sliders aren’t really fresh. the chicken tenders are the most warm in terms of temperature. good taste for all of it but i would like to see the food as it is advertised.
