Poor service this last time. Got seated in the bar area with 2 kids. Server wasn’t the best and almost refused to notice we needed water or chips. This is the second time in 2 weeks that we have eaten here. I decided I would do a review this time about how the food has gone down in quality. I guess I must be insane to think the food would have gotten better. Most likely won’t return. They did have the Game on and the youngest enjoyed his chicken pasta with a salad.

Sirloin was excellent. Pity no corn on cob any more. Corn kernels were not as good. My dinner companions enjoyed the lava cakes. We were very happy with Kiara’s service.

The service was good. The staff were really friendly and attentive. They made sure to check on us often and refilled our drinks. I ordered a prime rib medium, and it was well done which was kind of disappointing, but it still tasted good. I wasn’t impressed with the trio dip I ordered. Everything was so salty excluding the guacamole. Dessert was the molten lava cake, which was great.

The only saving grace for this location is the front house staff. Servers were nice and so was the hostess. Ordered Togo online and came to pick up. Waited a little bit to be greeted over by their Togo area. The cook who took care of us completely ignored my question and handed me my food and went back into the kitchen. Don’t expect anything ordering Togo from this location. Also forgot to mention. They did not include napkins, or utensils

Formal Complaint Regarding Theft and Management Misconduct
I am writing to express my absolute displacement after witnessing a disturbing incident at this establishment. I observed a waitress take a personal item (a gold piece) from a family’s table and quickly retreat to the back of the house. When the family politely asked for its return, the manager, James, became hostile and patronizing.
Rather than assisting the victims of theft, James shouted at the family, refused to provide the business address for a police report, and aggressively challenged them regarding staff identification. His attempt to “comp” the meal appeared to be a tactic to avoid legal accountability rather than a sincere apology.
The lack of integrity and the unprofessionalism displayed by management is appalling. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious with their valuables and payment information here, as the leadership seems more interested in shielding employee theft than ensuring guest safety

Takeout. The worst STILL. Ordered 2 burgers with Fries. Once again, meat is burnt, crispy and greasy. My husband ordered in person, waited in restaurant. Both burgers were burnt. Both burgers missing condiments requested. Nothing was right again. Burnt crunchy meat will make you sick. We are literally 5 mins away. Every single TO GO order is a nightmare. No quality control. I cannot believe ANYONE would serve an overcooked burnt crispy burger. Is the cook not chef, blind?? $13+ per burger for crispy burnt inedible food. So disappointed. This is our neighborhood restaurant for over 16 years since we’ve lived in the area. When we go in person, it’s much better. However now more money wasted may just keep us away for good. This place is heading back to the crap it used to serve. We actually stayed away for over 2 years.

Just don’t. Not sure why TO GO orders are the worst. Tonight’s 2 cheeseburger orders were awful. Both burgers burnt, overcooked and cheese so melted it wasn’t even there. Order ticket clearly says ” street corn” yet got fries. This isn’t the first time that’s happened. So where is the quality in TO GO orders? Who dropped the ball, again? The kitchen? The server?? No one cares to check the order before putting the items in the bag?? Why are the burgers overcooked?? It sucks to get screwed when you order takeout! We’re not far but we’re NOT driving back. There needs to be accountability for every order whether in the restaurant or take out. It’s not that complicated. So disappointing again and again. Money wasted!

Chili’s to Go. JUST DON’T! Food was awful! Missing Corn on the Cob. Chicken Crispers?? hahahaha Just two small DRIED up like leather pieces. Dry rub ribs… Leather is softer. DRIED up over dried up. Not edible. Skimpy on fries. ONLY thing edible was the mushy garlic bread. This wasn’t the first time CHILI’S TO GO sucked. Apparently they didn’t care. Called Chili’s. Blamed the leather meal on Doordash claiming cold food not their problem. I emphasized the food was not cold but hard like leather. NOT a Doordash issue. Spoke to manager, couldn’t care less. Could not refund with order number. Needed last 4 of CC…. well paid with PayPal on Doordash App… Cannot issue 3rd party refund. Sooooo gotta request refund from them. So I learned… Don’t order from Chili’s To Go…not the 1st time food was crap deilvered…. but will definitely be the last…Don’t pay with PayPal …Cuz options don’t work. Seriously shitty customer service. Management could have offered a gift card ?? Called Doordash to request refund??? Just overpriced food, overpriced fees. Wasted $37 incl tax/fees for ONE MEAL. We go to this Chili’s in person a lot. Not anymore… this location has lost our business forever!

It’s close to home, so it’s just convenient sometimes. Burgers are usually the best here. Salads are safe bet. Most memorable was our waitress, best and most attentive service here ever!! Lunchtime magic!

Came here 2x already and they have a good clean restaurant and bar area. The first time I came our server was friendly and welcoming. I had the big smasher, it was delicious. The second time I had the chicken sandwich. It was good just could use tomatoes and lettuce. During this visit our server was very attentive. Thanks for serving us!

I love the interior although it is a little dark during the day but it’s still enjoyable. The food was good it didn’t take to long considering I was there during lunch. I had the new chicken sandwich with blue cheese and it was delicious and as for dessert I had the molten lava cake! Now it was delicious don’t get me wrong but I wish I had more juicy fudge, you know that “molten” part on the name it was lacking but I would still eat it lol. The servers were on point asking the right questions and were attentive towards anyone that needed help.

I can’t believe that I have some reviews on some others restaurants but this one, i never did anything, thinking that is so obvious good that other people know. But no, it’s time now…. this place is so good that I never have any problem and I have around 8 years coming here, and always food is served as you request, and just a few times something come wrong but they always in a good mood to replace it, but lately this place is just perfect service, food ambiance everything. So recommend

My boyfriend and I go to chilies often.
The staff is nice but nothing special.
I order the same thing every time and they always bring me the wrong sauces but other than that, I always enjoy my meal. My man orders off of every category and never has any complains.
