The restaurant is decorated nicely and there’s a pleasant atmosphere. The service however was mediocre, our waitress got our order wrong twice but she offered to let us keep the wrong drinks and still get the correct one, which was nice. Sadly a lot of the vegetarian options were out aswell, which left my friend with barely anything to choose from. Besides that the experience was pleasant, the food arrived rather quickly and it was certainly delicious! Would most likely give it another try!

Sorry is ordering online and dining in have a different price? It’s my fault that I didn’t ask for a receipt, I should have done that. But our bill came out to $94 before tip and I calculated it in the app like how exactly what we ordered last night and it came out to $86. It’s just two of us and our baby. It’s just weird it has a different price since they don’t gave us the receipt beforehand and just hand them the card. Overall she gave us a good service and the food is good too.

UPDATE: We had a wonderful meal at Chili’s this evening and the food was cooked and delicious. Our server and the manager both were very nice. I’m happy they made things right. I’m changing my review to 5 stars.

I’ll give anything a second chance and now that I have, I’m done with Chili’s. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars and not 1 is because the fries were good. My husband got the triple dipper and his chicken looked to be 5 years old, gray and rubbery inside. My burger was raw and drowned in mustard…so much that the bottom of the bun was sopping wet. It’s sad to see a place you loved 15-20 years ago go downhill like this in good quality.

I recently dined at Chili’s Grill & Bar in El Paso, TX, and had a decent experience. We were seated promptly upon arrival, which was a good start. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and there was plenty of street parking around, making it a convenient spot for a meal. Our waitress provided OK service; it wasn’t outstanding but not bad either. The food portions were generous, although the taste was just okay—nothing stood out as particularly exciting. I ordered the ribs, which unfortunately were too dry, though the other meals at our table were acceptable. Overall, Chili’s offers a reliable dining experience with no major flaws but also no memorable highlights.

I love this place and the friendly service they give. Last night 12-10-25 I went out on a date with a very handsome soldier that I met at tinder, after spending some alone time with him we decided to go and get some delicious food and drinks at this chili’s location and after arriving 20 minutes in the date I was in my second mixed drink when I kinda had a bit of a accident, after relaxing I realized what had happened and I had to excuse my self to the restroom quickly, I was in the restroom stall for 20 min or more thinking how can I get out of this situation when all off the sudden our server (Amber) came inn and asked for me if I was ok, I explained my situation to her and she went above and beyond to help me with my situation. She was so sweet and caring and I really appreciate it a lot. Thank you Amber for your help

We had a great lunch today. The ole Timer Cheeseburger was very good, and too big to eat in one meal. Perhaps we will share it next time. Additionally, we had the boneless wings, which were decent and the chicken fajitas. The food was fresh and came out quick.
Overall we enjoyed our lunch and the staff was extremely friendly.

Arrived 55 minutes before closing and was greeted with a friendly reminder that we were in no rush and to take our time and enjoy ourselves. Service was great. Food was great and the only thing that seemed odwas the TV’s were all tuned into the CW Christmas Special but the musak continued to play over it. Not even the same janra.
