The food was amazing. Service has definitely improved
The little lobby area needs to be mopped and aired out to get rid of that dirty mop smell. I suggest mopping and letting the doors open to air out correctly. Other than that the inside was clean.

Food was great, food quality has improved since a while back and its delicious. They sat me where the sun was hitting my face and the blinders would not cover or shade enough. Our waitress was great.

Walked in sat down- ordered food they brought Queso and chips. there was a young man who started sweeping 10 feet from our table. I ask our waiter girl to ask him not to sweep around me
us while we are eating . Two minutes later her he was right next to us. I said get away from our table with the broom and he laughed at me and i asked for the manager. The so called manager said it was Chilis policy to sweep around peoples tables just not sweep underneath the table. I’m not sure if the sweeper even spoke English But the young Manager couldn’t have cared less about the whole problem..I watched other tables looking at him and talking about it but didn’t want to make trouble or maybe the fear of having their food spit on or worse. The whole time he was sweeping for no reason i was staring straight at a trash can cabinet with a door you can see under and trash was piled up and was coming out from under the door. The waitress was great and said it was her first day. I feel sorry for her to work under a boss who has no clue about the food business. Who knows they were probably kinfolk. To top off the experience we go in craving the Skillet Queso and they bring out some new cheese dip probably out of a five gallon bucket which has no flavor compared to the original. i had no idea chilies was going down hill this bad. 68.00 to eat lunch and to not be able to enjoy it was let down. All my friends and customers will hear about it.

Waitress was okay could have definitely used more training on everything. Didn’t know too much but overall did her best.
The bartender instead of trying to figure the best way to substitute a specific drink, she had our waitress charge us for something completely different. Was asked for a specific beer was given something completely different and wrong.
The kitchen dis not go by the specifications that were put into the description of how we asked for our food.
As a veteran bartender/waitress very disappointed and will not be returning!

Went with a party of 9 yesterday wouldn’t get seated the hostess knew we were waiting and after 20 mins we had to tell her we’re going to wait for the table still then she finally got our number for the text we went to wait and she never texted us. Super unprofessional. When we arrived they already had attitude at 4:00 saying they were closing at 5 and had a 30 min wait when we were the only ones there and then while waiting those 20 mins before she even got our Uber she was seating everyone before us she even seated a party of 7 on a table we could of clearly fit in. Because we had two kids with us that didn’t require high chairs.

The person welcoming did a good job I did not wait long ,the waitress is accomodating when the steak is not the way my spouse want it was done cause it was tough she change it no charges since it was’nt able to eat my husband,except that everthing goes smooth and well I love the menu that I ordered actually this is my fabe so far as I ordered it even in other state like during last month when we went to West Virginia then here we return to Midland.the waitress in WV is just as accomodating as the lady who serve us here in Midland.I noticed that this time around in Midland has get better than last year we ate here.hopefullt they keep it this way hire those who are best in doing the job so the business wont get a bad feedback and customers will be back for sure .

This was supposed to be a birthday lunch for me. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and nachos. Bella was our server, she was not very attentive. Food finally comes out, both burgers were over cooked. I had a burnt hockey puck. We said something to the person who brought the food out. She did not acknowledge anything we said and left the table. Bella came back and asked how things were. I advised her the status of the burger, she says oh we have new people in the kitchen. I actually had to say “Am i supposed to suffer because of that”? She was like we can remake it. I declined as I was not going to wait another 30 minutes for another burger. Everyone else ate while I sat there. She had the manager remove the cost from my bill. This was one of the worst experiences I have had here. We couldn’t even get napkins, I had to get up and get them myself. If this is the kind of service that will continue, I will not be back. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

We hit this place for the first time, the admosphere was good, a tipical American restaurant, our server was fast, nice and did a great job, however she mistake my order, instead of shrim she broght my pasta with chicken She offered to bring shrim and she did it, however at the end she charged for them it’s Ok, any time this happen, our generosity changes!!
The food was tasty, the pasta was a little bit dried, but good.
They have coktails with special price and corn (elotes). Ribs are yummy and the chicken tender really good!
The porción is huge, we full at the end, so we got food to go. A place to come back, next time I am going to talk louder

Absolute worst Chili’s experience. Our server was very inattentive – to the point she was at the server stand scrolling through texts and social media while we were waiting with empty drink glasses. The appetizer (chips and salsa) came out with mostly tiny bits of crunched up chips with a half a cup of salsa. We ordered the triple Dipper and the slider burgers were too tough to eat, and the chicken tenders were too hard to eat as well. There was a children’s menu on the floor by our table and every server walked right over it. One stepped on it. We were not given straws or silverware/napkins – we had to hunt down our server and ask for them. She refilled us once, and never came back.
Safe to say we will avoid this location in the future.
