Me and my boyfriend came in on a very busy Saturday night, even though there was a wait they were able to get us seated on a small high top. Our chips and queso came as we were still ordering our food. We got a qp burger and a triple dipper. The beer and shot we ordered came out immediately. The server, Chris B. wanted to warn us it might be a wait because of how busy it is, but there wasn’t a delay on the food at all. It came out fresh and crispy. Our server, Chris B, and the manager Chelsea were great, awesome attitude, super attentive, friendly, and they made the whole experience even better than it always is. Great location! Keep it up!! We loved our visit. We sat at the bar so we could watch the games on the TVs, which we appreciate! The male bartender is awesome! I wish I had gotten his name! He’s informative about drinks and food suggestions. We loved the atmosphere, the food came out hot and quick. We’ll definitely be back!

We always liked Chili’s but their food has gone downhill. I ordered their most expensive steak while my daughter ordered their sirloin. It was exactly the same cut only mine was bigger. Grisle throughout. Mashed potatoes were so salty and over seasoned I couldn’t eat them. Veggies seasoning was bad too. Why don’t they carry baked potatoes anymore? They were great. Miss the fish tacos too. The chips and salsa were good as usual. Not going there anymore. They lost a long time customer.

Watch your bank after eating at this establishment – I was charged twice and it’s now been 3 weeks without it being resolved. I’ve spoken to the “managers” multiple times and keep being told the same thing – let them talk to accounting and they will call me back. I’ve even asked to have a general manager to call me and nothing. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t understand the management getting an attitude with me like it’s not their systems fault. I’d be apologizing profusely to the customer not acting like it’s a problem to do my job.

Got there around 6:30 pm on a Friday and it was packed already. People were waiting. Asked for a table and the wait was under 10 mins. Usually any other Chilis the wait is usually 45 mins or so. Food was quick too, maybe 15 – 20 mins. Service was great, waitress was always checking to see if we needed anything even though she was busy with other bigger tables.

Ordered via the app so I could use my lunch break to go grab my food and bring it back to work. All I ordered was chips and salsa. I get back to work and open the to-go bag to discover the chips are COVERED in oil and are chewy as a result. If I were dining in this wouldn’t have been a big deal as I could have simply requested another basket, but I can’t have another break to go grab more chips. PLEASE implement some quality control for your chips, this is not even the first, second, or third time I’ve received bad chips in a to-go order from here.

When my husband and I walked in the hostess didn’t smile didn’t greet us or anything. We ended up getting our on table in the bar. She acted very rude. Never been treated that way here. She has very long purple hair. Other than that our experience was great.
