I came in around 10:41 and a young gentleman greeted us at the door. I guess he realized he was next to be sat so we were his last table. His demeanor changed from there. There was never no proper introduction as in introducing himself or even establishing a baseline. He came to the table was like “y’all know we close in 20 minutes?” and from there he rushed us to order which we already knew what we wanted but his tone was off putting. From there, I got the hint that his service was going to be poor so I told him we’re doing take out. He said “okay; just pay right there”. I’m frustrated because I’ve been a server and bartender for 3 years, I know the feeling of getting sat last but there was 4 tables still in restaurant, I just got out of work and wanted to wind down. Server to Server Ik that feeling when a customer comes in last minute and to make up for that I always leave minimum $20 or more regardless if the tab is less than that. Unfortunately this time I didn’t because I didn’t established a good rapport with my server. Being a server is form is hospitality; customer should never feel unwanted. Side note my food was disheveled when I checked it before driving off but the food taste really good.

Food was good. But tastes a bit salty, specifically the soup. Service is good. They work really hard to make the customer satisfied. It would be good if the washroom was a bit cleaner. Atmosphere is nice.

Thought it was kinda odd that our food didn’t come out at the same time. Also had to ask other staff for refills. Other than that it was ok. Unfortunately phone died so no pics of food.

Had a great experience here. The Smasher burger was perfect. Triple Dip combo good as always. The frozen margaritas were on point. The waitress ( Nahele) was the best I’ve ever had at Chili’s. She was amazing and we never had to ask for a single thing. Definitely going back to this location.

My husband and I went in for a nice dinner. We were greeted with smiles at the entrance and our door was opened for us by a greeter. At the host station we were greeted again and seated. We were seated by a bunch of kids which was a little loud but that was ok. Our waitress was awesome. Really friendly and attentive and our goodness quick. Our food, however, is why I’m giving three stars. The queso we got with our chips was really gross, IMO. My husband thought he’d had worse. I thought it tasted like fake cheese from a can. My sirloin steak was chewy, but flavorable. I asked for some butter for my broccoli and got liquid butter with garlic. They don’t out salt on the table which I was a little shocked by. I would have given 4 stars, but I felt the restaurant is a 3-star due to the food not being so great.

Sometimes when we visit its busy and the servers are kind of slow. Might be because they are new but at least the food was hot and good when we finally did get it! I love their $5 monthly drinks. If you apply for their rewards program before your visit then you get something free. Plus on your birthday.

Our waiter Frankie was super nice and accommodating. He listened attentively to our lunch desires, and our food was delivered with lightning speed.
He even had the shrimp for the chicken pasta dish put in a separate bowl for us. He made our day! Chili’s was a safe bet.

The atmosphere was great the server was very attentive and the food was good. I ordered the trio fajita tray and felt like the tray had to much onions and red pepper which over crowded the fajitas and rice.

its like you guys want me to come here, intentionally, to order the smallest order possible and tip nothing just to rub it back in your face
came inside to place a to-go order and instead of helping me i was pushed away by the host, then pushed out of line when i was first in line because, “shes a lady that has an order already.” then they kept skipping me, and then when everyone else had gotten their orders they told me to wait for someone else to place my order.
I literally wanted 1 thing and no customizations. Would have taken seconds. Instead i had to use my phone and their janky online system.
Big middle finger to me, the customer. Gee, thanks.
Im only going to come back to make things harder for you now, since you think is cool to train your employees to do the same.

will never return. would love to speak with someone about comping the WITHOUT A DOUBT WORST meal and service ive ever experienced in my 40 years on this rock

we came here to play card and chill for cinco de mayo and it was super chill/fun! also for a big chain restaurant the food was SO good! we got chips and dips, caesar salad, mac & cheese, and chicken fingers! our server was super chill. the margaritas were weak/not amazing but pretty decent. i’d recommend the presidents one
