Great place! It had been a while since I’d been to a Chili’s after a somewhat bad experience. Chili’s Manor is definitely a great place with the right people and the right experience for those of us who had lost hope with Chili’s. The staff is always attentive to the needs of the diners, the food is good, and the place is impeccably clean.

I wasn’t impressed AT ALL with the Chili’s in Manor. The food was warm, not hot and tasted store bought not freshly made. The menus were very clean and enticing, so we ordered based on what we saw haha! Big mistake! Our food looked nothing like the pictures and tasted meh. I think with time and more effort from the cooks this location can be great! The waiter was very nice and the atmosphere was nice as well! I will probably give this location another try, maybe it was just a “bad day” in the kitchen.

I decided to check out the new Chili’s location in Manor, and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was just right.
The food? Fantastic. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Whether you’re craving TexMex classics or something off the grill, they nailed it. I especially appreciated how clean and well organized the space felt definitely a step above your average chain experience.

This Chili’s ️ was awesome! Nice people, great atmosphere and the food tastes really good. It is a new location and the servers are new as well. Just give a little grace and patience. I experienced a minor issue with my drink and food order. They quickly and happily corrected it for me. I will be back for sure! ☺️

Just because of these awesome cheese sticks big as a burrito . But it was a great time and the staff,food and atmosphere were all awesome. I will definitely be going back the next time I get back to Elgin visiting my grandson and family. Manor is right up the street and it’s a good place to stop by for a great meal.

We went on Friday after work and it wasn’t busy when we got there but definitely was by the time we left. Since this Chili’s is still so new they had a lot of staff working and we received a very warm welcome as we walked in from about six employees stationed at the front. We were immediately seated by the hostess in a booth on the back wall. When I asked if happy hour was going on there was a little confusion as apparently you can only take advantage of their happy hour in their lounge section. So I’d say make sure to mention to the hostess that you want to do happy hour before they seat you because of that. However, they took care of us and we still got to enjoy happy hour drinks during our visit. Ashley was our server and she was very nice and checked on us regularly to ensure we had what we needed. Because so many staff were training, other employees checked on us as well throughout our meal so we definitely felt taken care of. For happy hour drinks, I tried out their marg of the month which was good but a little sweet for me. My husband got their tequila trifecta which was very tasty. For our appetizer, we split a triple dipper which we’ve heard of a lot but hadn’t tried before. Very yummy and we liked the variety! For our main course, we split the bacon guac crispy chicken sandwich since we were getting kind of full after the triple dipper. The staff were so nice and served the two halves and fries on our own separate plates which was very considerate of them! At the end, my husband was having a little trouble working the tablet on our table to pay for our meal but, luckily Laura came by to help us. She was very nice and helpful. All in all, it was a good meal and it’s nice to have a Chili’s so close by!

We had a great time hanging out, we were there a little longer than expected. The wait staff was awesome, very attentive. Unfortunately the food was not great. The steaks were very under cooked and the macaroni was TERRIBLE! We didn’t complain too much, because we had invited very special people and didn’t want to embarrass anyone; but even they commented about our food. I probably won’t be back to this location, even though I do like my Chilli’s
