The triple dipper trend reminded me that chilis is always there to satisfy my cheesy, greasy, saucy cravings. We didn’t want to commit to the whole triple dipper, so we just got the sauced mozz (the cheese pull wasn’t as great as expected). If you’re coming here, you should probably stick to the most unhealthy looking things on the menu, those are usually the best!! Also the molten lava cake honestly deserves more shine than the triple dipper. Been a staple in my family forever and just so decadent and satisfying!!!

We came in for dinner at 6 pm on a Wednesday. We were assisted by Britney and ordered two dishes. The pasta was delicious and the garlic bread was simply amazing. The burger and fries were also really tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Chili’s and would definitely recommend them!

This is my go to eating place especially at lunch. The first thing that gets my attention is how clean this restaurant is kept. Has to be the Gen Mgr and his or her insistence on cleanliness. Has to be. As far as the food goes, the quality exceeds the price. If I were on death row would this be my last meal? No. But the meal before, Yes. Not an employee, not a relative of an employee and no stock in the company. Just an old schooler that enjoys good food and a good place.

The first impression was when I immediately walked in. The hostess, the servers and staff were professional and friendly. The food was served fresh. The place was clean. I will return most definitely and recommend to try out this location.

This is their new Southwestern queso. It was inedible and disgusting. It should have never been served but when I didn’t eat it, someone should have inquired bc look at it. I know I could have said something. But it shouldn’t need pointing out.
The service is hit or miss. Some servers are really good, others aren’t.
About a year ago I came here for lunch and forgot my card so I couldn’t pay and needed to run back to my job across the street to grab it. The male manager with black hair and a ton of makeup made a way bigger deal of this than it was. He made me feel like some wanna be dashing diner. I literally had my work clothes on. If I’m going to steal from your restaurant, I won’t come bearing my company name ♀️. Eventually another customer felt sorry for me and paid my bill. It was embarrassing.
Also, this may be petty but the manager previously mentioned and sometimes other employees often linger towards the back watching over the dining room to the point it is uncomfortable. There will literally be 3 tables in the place and they are there just staring. I can feel their eyes. lol. It’s weird.

Wow…I heard the hype and I admit I was a little skeptical, but wow. The food was so delicious. We got the triple dipper (mozzarella sticks, chipotle chicken, and bites), the ribs (2 combo with chipotle chicken crispers, Mac and cheese and fries), and the Nashville crispers. Everything was so good and fresh! Our waitress Neveah was literally an angel. Just 5 stars all around.

Bad experience all the way around. We went here on the night of 3/1/2026. The place was not busy at all. The bar was filthy and the manger saw us walk into the bar area and just shrugged off the filth at the bar. Took forever to get out chicken tenders, they never refilled our chips & salsa, beer on tap was flat and not cold, and frozen margaritas were pure sugar. The margaritas didn’t seem to have any tequila. Sadly, this experience fortified our last visit to any Chili’s location. I am sure Chili’s will send me a AI and/or automated response to my review asking me to visit a link. Here is an idea. How about actually read your reviews and correct the problems. Conviencie drive compliance. Set standards with good training and support your staff with what they need. Give them what they need to provide good service. Stop being cheap and cutting corners.

This Chilis is located along Pecan Park Blvd near the I83 intersection in Cedar Park. It is open from 11am to 11-12am daily and features the usual seating arrangement and menu. Had an early dinner with friends here recently and was served an Oldtimer with cheese and fries. Patty was a bit dry this time around but otherwise tasted as expected. Service was very friendly and timely, prices what you expect of Chilis, which remains a fairly safe choice with probably something on the menu that everyone in your party will like.
