Always good service & I love the 3 for me!! Tried to Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks & they were so good! Even though there’s only 3, with all the food we had, we didn’t finish all 3 lol. We both got the Chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl & it tasted so good & fresh! The jalapeños in it can add extra spice on top of the sauce it comes with so beware of that!

I ABSOLUTELY love this chilis I’ve never once had an issue! The food is always great the staff is amazing and it’s always clean. Even when there is a rush the staff always has a smile and is ready to serve and food still come out at a great time !! Had bad experience at other chilis never at this one

I had visited Chili’s Grill & Bar for my friend’s birthday dinner, and it was very enjoyable from the start. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff seemed trained and prepared. The host seated my friends and I quickly, and our server was friendly, attentive, and professional. I ordered the Santa Fe Salad, and it arrived neatly presented, fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The portion size was huge, and the food quality matched what Chili’s advertises on their menu.
What worked well was the overall customer service, atmosphere, and food quality. The staff’s attentiveness and the clean environment made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The server my friends and I got always made sure our drinks were filled if they were empty. One small area that could improve was the wait time for the food. It felt slightly slow for how busy the restaurant was, but it did not significantly affect the experience. The server even apologized for the wait. What surprised me most was the portion size of the salad. I didn’t expect for it to be that big. It was very filling and added to the overall value of the meal.
Two improvements Chili’s could make are increasing kitchen efficiency during moderately busy hours to reduce wait times, since the food took slightly longer than expected. The other improvement would be for the staff to give quick updates on order status while guests are waiting. This will make sure customers feel informed of when their food will be out. These small changes could improve customer satisfaction even more and make the dining experience feel smoother and more organized. Overall, my experience here at Chili’s was positive and I would recommend and visit again!

This is my favorite chilis location. The service is amazing compared to the other locations. Of course you have to get the chips n salsa and I love how they have “lower calorie options”. I usually get the margarita grilled chicken. If you come to this location the server Justin is awesome !

I’m actually disappointed with our waitress to be honest. It was just my wife and I eating today. Our waitress decided that we weren’t a priority since there were bigger parties at other tables. She she brought our drinks and gave us some “time” to look over the menu… we were ready to order but no waitress to be found… (40-47) minutes later she comes to take our order. Another waitress brings our food and checks on us, even though we weren’t in her section, she was sweet by the way. We can clearly see our waitress just standing there with the hostess… the food itself was ok. Had the ribs, unfortunately it was dry, even with the sauce, the sides were decent, and my wife had the salmon, wasn’t too bad. Sorry Chili’s, but honestly the quality of some of your staff needs to be re-evaluated
