I had steak, loaded mashed potatoes with bacon, broccoli , and house salad, my kids had kids cheeseburger sliders. Mac and cheese , corn , and cheese pizza with French fries , . We ordered dessert which was AMAZING super delicious and budget friendly. The only reason I took 0.5 points is I felt the salad needed a bit of work and the corn could have been a tad bit more moist but overall I loved the experience the food was delicious , the servers and staff very efficient. We didnt have to wait for a table and the food came out quickly which was awesome. Better than waiting for 1 hour at TX Steakhouse or Roadhouse . Definitely recommend and I am looking forward to gng again and trying the avocado burger next time.

The table they sat us at was clean but the area around us was very dirty and it stayed that way even when we left . Our waitress was really nice very polite. We hadn’t been to a Chili’s in prob like 10 or 12 yrs. We ordered 3 plates which took a good amount of time and when we got there, there was alot of empty tables and no line. Once the food got 2 us…. It was good had no wow factor. The mac n cheeae was thick not creamy. My sister’s pasta she said was good. My dad said his beef fajitas were abit hard for him 2 chew. My jalapeno cheddar sausage was really good . The Honey chipotle tenders were good. The ribs were tender but somehow tasted more like bacon than ribs. I didn’t finish mine. The Tea was good also. The cheese cake was rich n thick but again no wow factor. So over all it was a sad situation 2 see how the floor around us never got cleaned. The food was ok but didn’t have that taste 2 make us want 2go back . As we ate… it began 2 get crowded and it really does get load. Will we go back? Almost for certain “No” mayb it was just a bad day…. But def it really needed 2 b a cleaner experience.

Ordered, 5 people, 4 orders delivered. All finished eating and #5 still not at the table. We asked for updates. They never updated info on their own. They brought dish, we wrapped to take to go. Manager never came. We asked to have price of meal taken off and they agreed. Terrible experience. No one ate in peace. No apologies, and they were not super busy and I know why. Good luck if you go.

Haven’t been to a Chili’s in a long time, and I am so glad I did! Went with my family, and we all had a lovely experience. The atmosphere, service, and food were on point. The waitress checked on us a decent amount of time, and she even noticed when I was running out of my beverage and got me a refill right away. The food was delicious! We all enjoyed ourselves.

4 Stars – Good, But Could Be Better!!
Overall, we had a pretty good experience at Chili’s. My son enjoyed his double cheeseburger (or two kids’ meals with chicken strips—he devoured them!), and my wife liked her cheeseburger. My steak, though—the biggest one on the menu—was just okay. Not bad, but not great either.
I was really craving the lemon pepper wings, but the staff told me they don’t serve lemon pepper seasoning at this location (San Antonio), even though they have it in Houston. I always thought Chili’s kept the same ingredients nationwide since it’s a franchise, but I guess not. Those wings would’ve made the meal perfect!
Service was solid, and everyone else enjoyed their food, so I’ll give four stars. Keep up the good work—just bring those lemon pepper wings to SA!

It’s the first time I’ve ever been in Chili’s and I was not disappointed ❤️
The food was incredible, and a lot.
The margarita was big , but very good.
We had Aubrey as our server, and she was really nice and made sure everything was good.
I do apologize for the bad tip my dad gave.
I worked in a restaurant too and so did my husband, and tried to explain to him that it’s not the server fault, when the food wasn’t good for a guest or not seasoned or anything. I tried my best

The staff was amazing! I was immediately greeted by the hostess and I believe the manager greeted me as well. My waiter was attentive and anticipated what I needed. While I was leaving, at least three members of staff acknowledged me with a smile and a wave goodbye. Food was delicious of course.

Went out to chili to try that 3 for deal. Wasn’t too bad as far as selection for the price. My girlfriend got the old-fashioned hamburger and I got the crispy chicken sandwich. Came with a small salad and mine came with a small cup of soup. The margarita of the month was pretty decent. The only issue I had was the chicken sandwich it was, probably a thin chicken cutlet 4” x 4” in size underneath all that breading. It honestly didn’t taste bad, but I wasn’t going to fill myself on just breading. Our waitress was nice atmosphere not too shabby, but all in all wasn’t too bad…..for the price. Took some pictures of all the breading. I would stick to the burger, it was delicious and was pretty big.

Server with an extreme rude attitude, it’s a shame that she did not have a good training, trying to humiliating us for whatever reason, not even the manager had that kind of arrogance, absolutely rejected by this poor young woman. It’s a shame this kind of restaurant franchise don’t have a good training or have the ability to choose good candidates to work there, shame on all what happened here, she absolutely ruined our dinner.
Not recommending this restaurant at all.
