I don’t know if I am just used to my “home” Chili’s but, this area felt grundgy. The dish I ordered was BOMB, Coconut Margarita was PERFECT, and the waitress was attentive as she could be, being they were busy. The only thing I did not like how she pressured my friends in their survey bc she had gotten in trouble for not pushing customers to do them. If your service was poor, I would be sure to say something as anyone who is spending money.

First time ordering curbside and very disappointed. First of all, the older black lady who came out to give me my food looked miserable and gave me no greeting or even said a word as she gave me my food. Then I asked for mayo and she looked so bothered she made this face, wow! Then came back out and again nothing to say or thanks! And lastly, the meat from my burger also lacked a lot of flavor. At least the fries were good. Probably won’t order again from this location. Smh

Had a nice lunch here, everything was delicious. Got the cheese pizza, mashed potatoes and mandarin oranges for the toddler, mozzarella sticks for the hubby and the enchilada soup and Caesar salad for me.

New to the area. Been to chili’s about 4 times. Good food. The waitresses are always fun and attentive. It’s never too busy, which we like because we have 4 small kids. We’ve done To Go and everything has been in the bag, nothing forgotten. I think it’ll be our go to while we’re down here.

The atmosphere was absolutely terrible. Went in to have dinner with my family, and all the employees were fighting to include the cook in the back, saying he wanted to fight the girl employees. The mangers there were not doing anything to stop the situation. Would not recommend this location. Super unprofessional. Heard they fired all the female employees instead of the male. So sad.

I called and made a reservation but when I got to the restaurant there was “not a reservation” and the host was ready to seat us. She went to see if a booth would be available and was approached by the apparently only two servers working and told that they are not taking tables and would be at least a 30 min wait for a less than half full restaurant. We overheard the servers talking and the real issue was that we were requesting a table with 3 kids and 3 adults. We asked to speak to the manager who stated that there would be a wait as there were only two servers.
