Very poor customer service. Ordered To Go Order. When I picked up I was asked to wait in the corner to get my food. Is it because I’m HISPANIC!? I politely said Thank You as I was given my food. No response. How do you expect someone to eat their food without silverware and no napkins!!?? Definitely will be reporting them to Corporate.

Came to Chili’s for lunch with my husband and son. Steaks were both cooked to perfection, burger was so good. Our waitress was very attentive to our table and the tables around us. All around, great atmosphere, great food, great service, we will definitely return!

Called to place my Togo order, Dylan answered within the first ring. Great energy when answering and throughout the call. I’ll admit I’m the “complicated order” gal, and not once did he make me feel like a burden for requesting subs or changing my mind. When I came in to pick up, everything was bagged neatly and he even waited until I arrived to make my drink so it wasn’t watered down! Thank you, Dylan for your warm customer service. Me and my boyfriend LOOOVE chilis!! Service is ALWAYS great, food is always delicious, and drinks are always full! The staff is so kind. Our personal favorite servers and Angelina and Ila! Both are so sweet, funny, and are adamant about making sure that their guests are happy!

Chili’s is consistent on their curbside food! Since the pandemic, they have only messed up once by putting the coleslaw under their heating lamps. Service is great! Usually don’t have to wait long, unless there is a lot of curbside but that is understandable.
