Erica and the manager Erin were awesome and truly made up for the internet going out and our order not being put in. They realized the issue and took care of us immediately. The food was amazing, and as always, the lava cake was perfect

Me and my sisters decided we were gonna eat here and every thing was good at first as we where ordering our food every thing was fine and we got our food and we are eating every thing was fine. We all had to go to the bathroom so we decided to go together and we entered the bathroom we did our business but when we had walked out our tables was cleared they threw our food away and took our belongings which included a wallet and a bag with my sisters belongings in as they saw use come back from the bathroom they acted shocked like they did not just see use go to the bathroom they had started whispering and saying we were “dinning and dashing”which is eating and not paying for your food which was not the case and after that the manger or cook came and said we could get a discount or have our food remade and my sister said it is okay you do not have to remake it but the says but what did yall eat not letting us finish what we were gonna say and after all this the workers where laughing at us and making mean faces think it was funny which it was not and after hearing all of that we decided to get dessert it was the nastiest thing I have ever eaten we got the chocolate lava cake it was the hards thing ever and there was no chocolate filling it was just hard cake so we asked for our bill and left no tip cause the service was terrible and when she got her bill she was cussing at her employees taking about us and they were all talking about me and my sisters. I don’t think this is acceptable in anyway this made me and my sisters very mad the way we where treated by these employees.

Charli is the best server ever. We received exceptional service even though we were a bigger size party. He was very attentive and friendly and the food was delicious !

I went to the restroom with my two younger sisters, left our wallets and purses to ensure the server knows that we were still coming back when we came back, our food was gone, and they had our purses and wallets and told everyone we were running and dashing they said we could get our food back with no discount . we got a lava cake and it was hard and crunchy all the serves talked bad about us in our face when i got my food back it wasn’t even the right order so i paid for something i didn’t even order i am beyond upset im pissed. i will never go back. we waited two hours for our food and the waiters cussing at us.

This is my second time here and I will say.. our favorite waiter (DAMON) is the best.. he has all the great qualities as a waiter and very attentive, great personality, patient, and get the orders done right plus very helpful in what is the best coming out the kitchen explaining what the flavors would be like for best experience and comfort.. Great service and can’t ask for more and I truly mean it. Only wish ever restaurant had a waiter like him.. thank you damon.. your the best..
