Didn’t have the sandwich I was wanting nor the beer both were out so I guess was a bad time to come ..service was very friendly but not really the worth to wanna return.. only ate half the meal that I did get and the beer I settled for was rough … so thanks but no thanks …. was only passing through town but no memories wear made he that was worth mentioning to others…..

Wish I could give 0 stars! My husband bit into a chicken crisper with a blade tip in it. He called the manager and the only thing they offered was a refund and $15 in gift cards. Highly disappointing considering how extremely unsafe this was. If a kid bit into it, I’m sure they would have been extremely hurt!

Really disappointing. The hostess wearing a spiked dog collar gives a bad impression. I watched her step over paper trash on floor just inside front door multiple times and never picked it up. Every customer that came in looked at it and stepped around or over it. It’s not a good first impression to see spray bottles of peroxide & towels on hostess desk. She wiped high chairs and dropped her dirty towel behind/under high chair and left it there. I am here for an interview with Stephanie, I’ve been waiting almost an hour. I’m not sure if I want to work here after seeing all that. What else is happening that I didn’t see? If “STEPHANIE” has that little respect for my time, why would anyone want to work for here?

THE BEST CHILI’S IN TEXAS!!! My wife and I were served by Marcus, just a godsend. Polite, attentive, and cheerful staff. At closing, Hannah and the other servers cleaned up thoroughly. Jenn is leading the staff to greatness. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Poor management. Poor attitude. We went and they were wiping off a table to seat us. Then all the sudden she said there is a 20 minute wait now. 17 minutes later they sat people who walked in the door after us. Stating management said to seat “smaller tops”. We were 3 adults and a child. I’ve been a manager of a restaurant for several years and we have never done this. They turned away so much money just in the time we were waiting. There were over 10 open tables that they refused to seat anyone at even to wait.

One of the best experiences I have had at a Chilis. The server was very friendly, answered questions about the menu items and recommended some things that he had personally tried. The food was brought quickly and was good. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, I really liked it but it had too much sauce for me. Fries were hot and crispy.

Figure they we having a bad night the last time I came, but I will never return after my last visit. Stood at the door and got ignored, the server appeared to have way more tables then she could handle by herself. I had to ask for refills multiple times from other people then my server, and never got them
