We decided to stop by Chili’s in Beaumont while traveling because we were hungry, and it was definitely worth the detour! The location was convenient, the service was excellent, and the food hit the spot.
I took the challenge of the:
• Southwestern Eggrolls: Crispy flour tortillas filled with chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, and spinach. Served with avocado-ranch—absolutely delicious and packed with flavor.
And:
• Classic Nachos with Chicken: Generous portion with chicken, shredded cheese, black beans, jalapeños, and skillet queso with beef. Served with pico and sour cream, it was hearty and satisfying.

Great Place to eat ! Service is awesome ! The burger is probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The manager came by our tavke and was nice and asked if we needed anything , really made us feel at home. Traffic pushed us towards Chili’s and we decided to stop and I’m glad we did. We definitely will be back

waiter was amazing and very attentive, however the manager benita was not. we took my dad for his birthday dinner and he ordered a ribeye he
medium and received well done he told the waiter and he immediately notified the manager so they could comp it from the bill and she came back and said she will have it remade after my dad said he didn’t want it remade she did so anyways we waited another 15 mins for it to be made and the entire time she stood at the waiters little stand at the back wall and stared in annoyance at us while we ate and waited for the steak to be remade.

The food was not the best , also the waiter continuously checks on us. we cannot even take a bite of our food without her coming our way.

We had a blast at chili’s. Great food ,wonderful service they just ran out of ribs. But God said no pork today and I enjoy chicken and corn and brisket… I’m sure I’ve saved myself a few extra pounds. Definitely will be back for the ribs anyway …

It was my birthday today me my daughters and one of my daughter’s fiancé went to Chili’s. Order a food waiter was great. He was awesome. I did not catch his name, but he was really nice and super busy. Order our food half our table got their meals and 15 minutes later I got mine. I ordered a ribeye medium. And when I bit into a piece, I almost broke a tooth. It was so hard and well overcooked. I never complain at a restaurant never have. This time I did to my waiter. My waiter went and got a manager named Bonita And she came over and asked me something about my steak was wrong. I said it was an edible. I guess she said that she would have it cooked. I didn’t pay attention to that part because I wasn’t gonna eat anything anymore anyway. Well, the rest of the time She sat with her arm folded staring at my children. The whole time we were there. When another manager went over there and we tried to take her in the back, she rolled her eyes at him when she was walking to the back. Awful experience Shelly could not pay me to come back.

Probably my 4th review ever made, but needed to give chili’and our server sone kudos. Jessica went above and beyond normal protocol to make sure our party was accommodated due to unusual circumstances not at all affiliated or due to the restaurant. Can’t say I would of been able to conjure up the same. Appreciate ya!

Came in and was seated right away iur waitress Jessica greeted us right away and got out drinks out very fast! I ordered off the 3 for me which she pointed out would include a drink and appetizer and save me a little money . She was amazing and the managers were walking around checking on tables I will definitely be coming back!
