Greeted at the door warmly by several employees. Seated immediately. Our server made a suggestion that met our needs and saved us several dollars. The food was good. We both had old timer burgers. Both cooked as ordered. I would definitely return.

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s! From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome with friendly service and great energy. The food was delicious and everything from the sizzling fajitas to the amazing Chicken Crispers I ordered. The drinks were refreshing, and we especially loved the margaritas during happy hour! The atmosphere is casual and fun, perfect for family dinners or catching up with friends. Highly recommend this spot for great food, awesome drinks, and a fantastic time! ️

After going to the Rosenberg location where they was extremely rude we left and went to the Sugarland location. They was very accommodating super nice and the service was good. The food came out and everything was just great. The hostess was an older lady. She was very polite and well mannered.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s today that I had to leave a review. Our server, Afra, was honestly one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time. She had the perfect balance of being attentive without hovering — she checked in at the right moments, made sure we had everything we needed, and was so warm and friendly the entire time.
We ordered the Handmade Nashville Hot Crispers with the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and the Old Timer with Cheese. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. You can really tell when a server takes pride in their job, because the whole experience just feels smoother and more enjoyable — and Afra absolutely delivered that.
If you’re thinking about going to this Chili’s, definitely do it — and if Afra is working, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

It’s been years since I have eaten here but I saw the advertisement while out of the country and I decided to try it out. The 3fer deal meal is a great deal. The service was better when the bartender was working alone. Once more people showed up, they mostly just walked around as if I was invisible

My wife and I went to Chili’s the other day for the first time in a long time. We were intrigued by the 3 for me deal. The staff was attentive, the service was great, the food was delicious and plentiful and the price was right. We asked to take our leftover chips and salsa to go, she brought us a whole bag and new salsa. We were very impressed.

We had lunch at Chili’s today, and it was a five-star experience. The food tasted very good and service was simply excellent. The background music was appropriate volume and selection. Portions were generous. We’ll be going back to this place!

Hadn’t been to Chilli’s in a while and decided to give it go one a whim one evening. Expectations were moderate here. I’d say the restaurant gets a bit loud and could definitely use some work. The intereier felt very worn down. Changing to warmer bulbs would also greatly increase the interior atmosphere. On the other hand, the food exceeded our expectations. I was pretty impressed with the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband with his burger.
