I came last night and had a Burger. But it was nasty. And it was moldy and I got sick. And my fries are undercooked. And I didn’t eat the meal. And I choose to stop visiting this location in Magnolia TX. I want this location permanently closed by now.

Our lunch at Chili’s started off with the manager greeting us at the door and the host seating us immediately in a comfy booth. Kate, our server, took our drink orders right away and was very helpful when my granddaughter couldn’t decide what she wanted to eat. But I finally decided on the quesadilla, explosion salad, my daughter had the triple dipper, and my two grandkids had the pizza Everything was cooked perfectly! I think that the deciding factor for this perfect review was because everyone from the manager to the host to the server could not possibly have been any more attentive or any more accommodating. Especially Kate. She was very professional and very nice. I will definitely go back here soon for lunch or dinner and I hope I see Kate working so I can be seated at one of her tables!

Stopped in for lunch today with my husband and we had the best time with Caitlyn as our server. She was very attentive and always made sure my Dr. Pepper was never empty. She recommended the Cajun pasta and I must say it was delicious! Can’t wait to visit again!

Chili’s is already me and my fiancés favorite spot, but today made us love it even more! Matthew our server was absolutely phenomenal! Beyond attentive and sweet. At the end of dinner I got a to go box. Then my clumsy self dropped it all over myself and floor …. He took it upon himself to get my food remade and put in a to go box! Also made sure I got all cleaned up! So thankful!

Stopped by Chili’s on Friday around 7:00 PM. Ordered the Baby Back Ribs and they were cooked perfectly. Our server, Jake, was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service and a really tasty meal. Definitely coming back.

This is a horrible chilis. I go to chilis about 3 days a week, as there is one close to all 3 gyms i go to. This location continuously skimps on the fries. My last visit was to go. When I got home there were only 12 fries in total. This isn’t the first time this location has done this. The first time I thought it was just a fluke. The second time, I saw a pattern, the third time I decided I just won’t go back.

Placed an online order for a ceremony which consist of two triple dipper party platters. The entire order of burgers were raw in the middle! I had to pull the burgers apart after eating one and had to place all the patties in the air fryer to cook more. Some folks like red raw burgers but we DO NOT and that is not what we asked for or paid for. When someone is spending any amount of money with you you should make the food right when they are spending over $100 you should be triple checking their order and be sure to handle it with more care.
Glad we didn’t get sick.

My wife and I come to this Chili’s maybe once or twice a month and always have a great time. Tonight we sat at the bar and the bartender, Noah, was great as always. Food is always hot and exceeds expectations. Looking forward to our next visit
