Placed phone order, I told him twice what I wanted, he repeated the order and I still didn’t get what I ordered and then got sick after I ate. Your food is not cheap please get ordered right and throw away old stuff and manage your prepping or sanitation

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following my recent visit to your establishment on Sam Houston Parkway. My experience was far below the standards I expect from your restaurant. Our food took an unreasonably long time to be served, which was frustrating and inconvenient. More concerning was the behavior of our waitress, a young woman with red curly hair. Throughout our meal, she repeatedly interrupted us after every bite to ask if everything was okay, which felt intrusive rather than attentive. Even more distressing was her conduct when she would go to the back of the restaurant, where we observed her laughing and pointing at my friends and me. This behavior was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, when my friends requested to-go drinks, we waited for over ten minutes. When we politely inquired about the status, the waitress responded dismissively, saying, “they gotta go,” which we found rude and disrespectful. Overall, this experience left us extremely disappointed. We chose your restaurant expecting good service and hospitality, but instead, we felt disrespected and undervalued as customers. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your staff to ensure future guests receive the quality of service they deserve. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Starting off, my takeout experience was horrific. The young lady who originally took my order was extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and not at all friendly. She almost made me reach across the counter and connect my palm to her cheek. Instead of doing so, I asked for a manager… and out walks Tiara, with a huge smile on her face. My mood instantly changed. Her presence was so warm and welcoming. She was extremely polite, understanding, friendly and professional. Tiara had no problem answering my questions and made me feel as if my concerns were valid and important. She made sure to go above and beyond, giving me the best to-go service possible. Had it not been for Tiara and her amazing customer service, I would never step into the location again; but thanks to her, I’ll be back lol

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am fairly understanding and patient person so please do not go here. The customer service is TRASH took us almost 10mins to get waters no they weren’t near busy. A simple margarita they got wrong twice after sending it back. I asked for medium steak and got well done. I was told I was waiting on just my steak the other order was ready. They brung my food and realized they had forgotten the other order that was already done. I ended up getting so annoyed and frustrated I just packed my food and left being that I literally was having to get out of my seat to get assistance. Horrible experience. The food is okay for the most part even though they got it wrong. So if you like good food and wanna fight over it. Go head.

It was quiet, our waiter, James was cool very funny and attentive. The food was fresh and tasty. I had to tell them about a mishap but they fixed it promptly. We’re definitely coming back and hopefully James is still working there!

Rude female waitress spent the entire night flirting with my boyfriend in my face and neglecting all my requests and eavesdropping on our conversations about her bad service. I’m just saying if you see a young mocha skinned quite thin female with a curly wig and black eyeglasses exit quickly with your date. Smdh. So unprofessional. I’ll never go here again

I’m a regular at this Chili’s location, typically enjoying my visits with friends. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed and humiliated. I was dining with a group of friends, all of us Hispanic, and we were simply enjoying our evening when the manager unexpectedly approached our table. She briefly muttered something about having “called the cops” and then walked away. Confused and concerned, we tried to ask her what was going on, but she refused to engage with us and informed us that we couldn’t leave because the police were on their way.
The situation worsened when our server, without explanation, asked if we wanted separate checks even though the host had initially mentioned that parties of seven would have a single check. We were planning to stay longer and order more, but this sudden mention of our check, paired with the unsettling news that someone had called saying we intended to “dine and dash,” changed the whole mood.
The experience was incredibly embarrassing. No one took the time to address the situation professionally, nor were we treated with respect. The assumption that we might try to dine and dash was unfounded, and the lack of clarity and professionalism was shocking, especially as a regular customer who has never had any issues here before. The server even went so far as to insinuate that we were about to commit a crime, which felt entirely unjustified and humiliating.
I’m left questioning if we were racially profiled, and I feel saddened that my once-favorite spot has treated my friends and me this way. After years of loyalty, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, hoping for a more respectful and inclusive dining experience in the future.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE!!!! How are you upset about doing your job? If you don’t wanna take order or serve food or even answer the phone, why work there? Go elsewhere and let someone who enjoys the customer journey to be excellent and nothing less than! I WOULD NEVER EVER COMEBACK OR CALL BACK TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION! What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
