Great experience compare to other places
We went early so we can get good service so we was there as soon as they open up and everything was perfect waitress was great and serve our food on time and food was fresh and hot. They did have a small issue where our appetizer did come after our main dish, but the manager came over very friendly and politely let us keep the dish and take it off our check because of the wait of the appetizer. Other than that I think we had a great experience in overall I would say I would go back I haven’t been to Chili’s in a while so for me to say I’ll go back means a lot this time. I’ll take more pictures and see what else I can give you guys moving forward other than that I would give it a nine out of a 10.

Windows of car smashed
My family and I usually go to this location. Chili’s has always been our go to.
Today’s experience started off great. As we are done eating and exiting. A person from the group who was seated next to us came in to inform the bus boy that a (vehicle and model was mentioned ). I knew immediately that it was mine. I ran out and noticed my back passenger windows were smashed.
I immediately called 911 to make a report.
My husband went to ask for the cameras inside. My mom went to the taco place as well.
-we we parked on the side of chillis-
The worker in chillis and the manager told my mom that they didn’t have cameras IN or OUT of the restaurant.
Taco place does but they have a something that is covering the view to my vehicle.
Needless to say, I did try to ask again about the cameras. When the officer arrived I asked if this regularly happens.
The thieves did not take anything or attempt to move anything. A back pack was left inside and it was not opened. No valuable were left. No other vehicle near me or anywhere were broken into.
When the officer arrived i told her that don’t have cameras. She said yes, they don’t have any on the sides of the restaurant. I asked if this happy happens. She said yes. On the sides.
I’m never going back to this location again.

Really impressed with how fast and attentive the service was at this Chili’s. The servers were on top of everything. So friendly, quick, and constantly checking in without being overbearing. I came specifically for the Cajun Pasta, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. It came out piping hot, fresh, and just as flavorful as I was craving for. Great experience overall!

Our server keyy was fantastic, and he made sure our first time was great!! The food was great, and the service was top notch. I def will be coming back to this location, and besides our server, all of the other servers were very quick and attentive.

Susanna is the BEST BARTENDER in Houston-Cypress!! Food was delicious as always and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our lunch and drinks. $6.00 Merry Maker Marg., personalized by Susanna! She was also our server and that was PERFECT!

Update- always stop in the eat at the bar. Justin is awesome and always makes me feel welcomed when I visit the area. I sat in a booth by the bar and Ray was my server and she made sure I was taken care of but Justin stopped by my table and made sure I was ok. The location was clean, and the food was good. Service was great, I will be back. Thank you Justin and Ray for your excellent service.
Ate here before with no problem. Located across the parking lot of my hotel. Seated and just when I thought we were forgotten about I got the best server in the restaurant. She had only be there for 4 months but couldn’t tell. She was quick, checked in often and made sure everything was okay. I almost left but glad I didn’t. I love great service. I’ve visited this Chili’s a handful of times but this time was not a good experience. The waiter took an immense amount of time to come and take our order. We had 3-4 people come to our table asking the same questions or bringing out the incorrect item. It was very confusing and a bit annoying. I order a side Caesar and a bowl of chili. The waiter smirked and asked “Uh have you had our chili?” I answered “Yes. Why?” The waiter chuckled, rolled his eyes and said “Okay whatever.” I’m still puzzled as to what the problem is with that situation. I ordered 4 drinks from
The bar which I sent 1 back because it was not tasty at all. I could only taste the sour mix and it was way too much. The manger did come to ask if we needed anything. We told him we did. However, he went to the bar and was watching the game with other employees and didn’t come back to give us what we needed until many minutes later. My meal was not good. My salad had the greens that goes in the house salad my guest ordered. Caesar is my favorite salad and I know the difference between it and other salads. The chili this time was very dark and gritty. It usually is a medium brown and a bit chunky. We will definitely NOT be back because this was very strange and disappointing.

So going into the store we got seated right away and we ordered nothing was wrong. Until payment came and I try paying and it wasnt working. I asked our waiter about it and then says it might because the system was down and it was restarted. She then went to go check if it was and came back and said it was down and I need to pay with card or cash. I didnt think I needed to bring anything but my phone because chilis takes apple pay. So I basically couldnt pay but my friend had cash and payed for me. Then the waiter went on a lecture about how I should bring my card because I never know. She was lecturing me as if it was MY fault it happened. This is not my fault its your system and I dont need a lecture about it when my friend was literally paying for me. I wouldnt have eaten there if I knew it wasnt taking apple pay. She also did not have a visible name tag so I do not know her name, but she has brown hair, white and probably around 30-50 years old.

I came here with my dear friend to catch up over dinner. When I came in, the lovely hostess directed us to our booth where we were greeted by our server named Jay. She was kind, informative, and took her time answering all my questions on the menu. My friend ordered the baked potato soup, and I got the Alex’s burger with a couple of cocktails to pair with the dish. Not only was the food incredible, but Jay’s service was exceptional to say the least. She remembered I liked my water with no ice, and she made sure to accommodate me throughout the evening. Not only that, but she also checked in on my friend and I throughout our stay to ensure we were satisfied. My friend and I were far more than satisfied. My friend recently got oral surgery so she had a bite more accommodations needed and she consistently went above and beyond for the both of us despite having multiple requests and needed accommodations. Jay has been absolutely incredible and sweet throughout the evening and made our visit amazing to say the least. When I return, I will definitely be requesting Jay. Thank you so much!!!!

The service we had for our large group of 12 was great. I called in to let them know to expect a large group around a certain time so the table would be ready. So there was no wait, the waitress was attentive and the food was good. I was surprised that they handled large groups flawlessly. Would definitely recommend this Chili’s for your dinner night outs!
