Booth my family and I were seated in was under the air conditioning vent which made it very cold for us. We did ask our server if we could move and we were told no, ALL the seats were under vents. We received our appetizer timely, however I got my food at least 10 minutes ahead of the rest of my family receiving their meals. Food was tasty and to everyone’s liking. Service was ok, no complaints.

This is usually our go to spot for date night but last night we decided to order for pickup. I was halfway done with my Cajun pasta when I felt a hard object in my mouth as I was chewing. I removed the object from my mouth and upon examining it I noticed that it was a human nail. I’m not sure how that could’ve ended up in my food.

We came today expecting a good meal and our waiter lily off the bat gave us a bad mood. We honestly didn’t mind at first we thought she was having a bad day till we noticed she wasn’t giving that same mood to her other tables. Again we still wouldn’t have said anything up until our food came out, one of my friends asked for a meat patty instead of the veggie in the Alexsantefe *I apologize if I spelled that wrong* after he had been told it came with a veggie patty instead of meat. Again no big deal. But we had to wait 10+ min just for that. It genuinely made everyone at the table feel unwelcome, I understand if you’re having a bad day but obviously it was just an issue with our table.

I had an amazing service today. Sonia (I believe I’m spelling it correctly) was my server and she is one of the best servers I met. Her professionalism and niceness, even on a human level, is superb. The food was super good and she made the whole experience better. She deserves so much recognition and makes your experience amazing. You know she’s good when a customer goes out of their way to speak this highly of her. Food very flavorful and drinks delicious. Sonia single handedly make me want to come to chili’s again.

A totally bad experience. So we went to Chilis#13 in Houston, TX. From the moment I stepped in at the carryout entrance, the guy there just stood there holding his lips and gave no greeting at all. A completely bad vibe. I waited for my wife to get in, my wife asked him where to sit, and he pointed to go around to get to the dining area. Then the hostess took some menus and she greeted us and took us to our table. The waitress asked what to drink and said her name. When there was time to order, I asked for the Nacho combo and she said she had to ask someone else and came back and said that they now have the Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos instead. So, I said no bacon but add the beef fajita. She tried in her tablet, but she couldn’t so she ended up suggesting other options. Since they couldn’t, I asked for the bill and left. Eating in a restaurant alone can be awkward but it’s always an enjoyable experience at this Chili’s location. This is largely due to the great service I always receive from Sonya , one of the bartenders. She’s friendly w/out being annoying, quick w/out rushing and attentive w/out hovering. Always great food as well. Definitely worth a visit, you can’t go wrong . Ask for Sonya!

Great night out with the kids. Olympia was wonderfully attentive. Food was hot and tasty. We were seated immediately and appetizers and drinks were brought out shortly after. New line of $6 margaritas were tasty. Great experience.

Priscilla was the best server. So attentive-making sure drinks never empty. We were a slightly needy bunch requiring extra napkins and spoons but she brought them without complaint. Food was tasty and good bargain in these times.

She checked on us often without being intrusive and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our experience even better.
