Absolutely love this place. The food is always phenomenal. The service is the best we have ever gotten. The servers cannot do enough for you, they always check in and they’re always on top of refills. The quality is amazing.
Our favorite server is Henry! He’s absolutely wonderful, so helpful and hard working and he always has a smile on his face. He’s the star of the show, and he’s Chili’s greatest asset.

Huge shoutout to Michelle at Chili’s — she was awesome! Super friendly, welcoming, and worked nonstop through the busy Veterans Day crowd with a smile on her face the whole time. You could tell she genuinely cared about everyone at the bar. I had the Old Timer burger and it was absolutely delicious! Sat with other veterans, Ms. Terry and Ms. Talisha, and had some great conversations and camaraderie — exactly what Veterans Day is all about. Big thanks to Michelle and the team for making it such a great experience!

Went for lunch, our server Kaleb was very nice and attentive. We received drinks and food in a timely manner. Everything tasted delicious. Only $32 with tip for 2 people is a great deal.

so, i’ve only been here a couple of times, i seem to favor the triple dipper at chili’s when i go. but the food is delicious from my personal experience, it is a wonderful place with great customer service and a really welcoming atmosphere. the strawberry lemonade is my go-to beverage. but overall this restaurant is a nice spot to grab lunch at!

Waiter was good. Joe was very patient. We didn’t know what we wanted. We got busy talking and couldn’t decide order. Joe hung in there and checked on us to see if we found the entree. She had the salmon I ordered the grilled chicken with black beans and Mexican rice with a dash of salsa on top. Both meals were cooked perfect. We had a great experience.

The potatoes… How do you boil potatoes, and add them into the tray wet? Make them loaded, now the cheese is watered down. I didn’t know you could mess this up, but here we are. And keep in mind, the potatoes were still crunchy. Only 2 stars because the other portions weren’t great, but better than this mess.

Food was great and it came out so quick! Henry was our server and he was amazing! Haven’t had this great of service in awhile in Killeen. He was quick to get our orders, would bring us drinks without us asking. He even gave my daughter a drink to take home and extra chips from our appetizer to take home. He is a great server, so polite, and very attentive. Hope he gets a raise. Very well deserved.

Again the situation below happened to me today! I ordered the Santa Fe Salad subbing the chicken for the black bean patty.. the waitress informed me and argued with
me for a minute that it would be an additional a la carte charge but I told her I wanted to sub it, not add it as I have been doing since like 2009? Anyways, she finally went in the back and a manager apparently showed her what buttons to push!
I also now have a video from an anonymous employee, who doesn’t work at this location in Killeen, that I can show uninformed wait staff how to sub the black bean patty all on their own!
Original Review: So I have been coming to Chili’s and ordering to go food online from them for years & am thankful they have a black bean patty since I am vegetarian. Today, my work ordered to go lunch online as we do 1-2 Saturdays a month. I usually get the Santa Fe salad with no protein then call the store to sub the black bean patty as the protein as I have done for years. When I went to pick up the food I was told I had to pay extra for the black bean patty, I told the girl I have been ordering that salad with the black bean patty as a sub for protein in store and online, calling in to have it subbed since it isn’t an option online, and had never been charged extra before. She didn’t really care and paid me pay the extra charge, so I will no longer be dining at this Chili’s and will always recommend we get something else on Saturdays at work.

Henry was our server! My family loves chilis but we’ve never had the best experience until coming to this location! Henry took very good care of my family and made our dinner there so pleasant! Very attentive, funny, and smiled the whole time! Our food was served hot and was delicious! Thank you Henry for giving us the best chilis experience we’ve had thus far!

Went to chillis last night, forgot to leave a review. I haven’t been to chillis in quite a while but it was just like I remember it, Thursday night was absolutely packed but the service was quite fast, we didn’t have to wait too long for our food which was great! I got the mini burger sliders and they were pretty good, I felt like some of them were missing cheese, but I wasn’t too bothered about it, overall would recommend coming if you haven’t been before, food is good and relatively inexpensive.
