I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the team at the Watauga Chili’s! There are plenty of other dining options in the immediate area, but I consistently choose this location because of the incredible service and atmosphere.
First off, the current leadership is doing a fantastic job. You can tell the restaurant is being run well—it’s clean, the energy is great, and everything seems to run like clockwork.
However, the main reason I keep coming back is Lexi the bartender. She is absolutely phenomenal! Her service is top-notch, she’s always welcoming, and she makes the entire experience worth the trip. It’s rare to find a bartender who makes you feel like a regular every time you walk in.
If you’re looking for a spot with great management and the best service in town, definitely stop by and see Lexi!

Stopped by Chili’s and ended up having one of the best bar experiences I’ve had in a long time, all thanks to Lexi. She was friendly, quick, and clearly knows her stuff. Drinks were mixed perfectly, came out fast, and she always checked in without being overbearing.
The food was on point—hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect when Chili’s is firing on all cylinders. Lexi made great suggestions, kept everything moving smoothly, and created a fun, relaxed vibe at the bar that made us want to stay longer.
Service like this is hard to find. Great food, great drinks, and exceptional bartending. Lexi is a huge asset to this location, and I’ll definitely be back because of her. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and asking for Lexi!

Giving 3 stars because I ordered the 3 for me pasta and the pasta was so dry with no flavor. And my lemonade was watered down. Very disappointing

Lexi is amazing! Every time we sit at the bar at Chili’s Grill & Bar – Watauga, she is super attentive, welcoming, and remembers your order like a pro. If you’re indecisive, she always has great suggestions—whether it’s drinks or food—and they’re always spot on. Her friendly personality and attention to detail truly make the experience better every single time. Highly recommend sitting with Lexi if you get the chance!

Went there with my 9 year old with a mostly empty restaurant and were sat at the bar. We asked to be moved and did. Sat in the booth by the kitchen wall. After dinner I went in the restroom, It literally was a pool of urine, I came out and had to walk by the dish area of the kitchen and it was just as dirty with water pools and food, the place is dirty, I not sure when that cement floor was scrubbed and just all around dirty, the staff was friendly and the food is what you would expect at a chillis but wow, dirty. I think not only the customers deserve better but the staff working under those conditions as well.
