Service was great! We had the pick 3 bbq and it was fabulous. Half rack of ribs was giant. The brisket quesadillas were good, but I don’t remember seeing jalapenos in the description. They had a bite, but were still good. The sauteed mushrooms had a nice flavor as did the asparagus.

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered triple dipped with cheese sticks, egg rolls and chicken dippers. Didn’t receive the chicken dippers. Ordered Sante fr burger had no jalapeños or the sauce it was supposed to have. Ordered old timer burger no mustard with mayo instead received both… Uber eats only wanted to give $5 credit for crap that we won’t eat nor received. Called the restaurant and talked to Kimberly the manager and explained everything asked if they would remake and I would come up there and pick up. I was told no I would have to pay for it. Worst customer experience EVER! I stopped ordering from this place a year ago because to go orders are always wrong, thought I would give them a try again. NEVER AGAIN!

The first time I ate at a chili’s, I was returning from a tour of duty in the middle east. The ribs were delicious. Fast forward to today 28.05.25 . I ordered wings (bone in). They were dry and chewy. Never have I been so disappointed and disgusted. It was old, and absolutely inedible. It had the consistency of wood. I’ll not be back again and can’t recommend this establishment to anyone. My partner had ribs and sausage. Also tasted as if it had been sitting under a heatlamp for most of the day. How they can serve this at such high prices is beyond my comprehension. Avoid Chili’s at all costs.

Despite the restaurant being packed, Jeff was an incredibly attentive and delightful server. A diamond in the rough he is. The entire crew was on 10 tonight in general, food came out super hot and nary a glass was empty the whole night. I love you chili. I love you Jeff.

The whole order was wrong. Several items missing from the order. The steak was mostly all fat. The chicken crispers were inedible. Then the front desk was rude when we called and asked for missing items. We also ordered delivery and had to go pick up the missing items which essentially defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. 0/10 experience

Unfortunately I had to delete my original, positive review due to our most recent visit (on 11/22/2025) – because it was *subpar*. I told the server right up front that I’m following certain dietary guidelines, so I’d need to customize my order, and she said that was fine. I ordered the Classic Sirloin with roasted asparagus from the Guiltless Grill menu, and the grilled shrimp add-on. I emphasized to *not add any seasoning on anything* and to only use a small amount of butter for cooking. After waiting a long wait, she brought out my husband’s combo plate and mine. His plate was done correctly, however mine was completely wrong. Not only did they season everything, they also put a sauce and salsa on the steak – and a added a side container of melted butter! The server claimed she’d ordered it as I’d asked – but if that was true, I don’t know why she would still bring me a totally inaccurate meal. I told her I could not eat it the way it was prepared. She took it back and said she’d have them prepare my meal the way I originally requested. A few minutes later, she said once my meal was ready, a manager would bring it to me.
Anytime I’ve been to a restaurant and they got the order wrong, they were quick to get the replacement meal out to me, then, usually a manager would bring it and apologize for the error and delays – but not here. I had to wait 13 minutes for my correct meal, and it was not brought up by a manager; another server brought it. All together, it took almost half an hour for me to eat from the time we got there – and the manager never came to our table to apologize.
When it was time to pay our bill, they got that wrong too. They tried to double bill me for BOTH the incorrectly prepared meal, and the meal I ate. So we were delayed once again, just trying to get out of there.
Fyi, I don’t recommend ordering the side of grilled shrimp, because they were the smallest shrimp I have ever seen at a restaurant, and it was not worth the $3 and change they charged us.
