My server was absolutely amazing! He was personable and engaging, kind and attentive. As a person who trains leaders for a living; if he’s not already a leader, he should be soon.
The food was good of course! But the highlight is how he was able to pull his team members together to sing me happy birthday – though no one asked him to lol,… he was able to “Read the room” enough to discern (by our brief conversation) that, for me, while mildly embarrassing, I was a people person and not much of an introvert – it was flattering to have someone care that much that they go out of their way to make someone happy!
First of all: servers have it hard – but being able to get a group of people THIS HAPPY to surprise someone with their dessert was so amazing to watch!
Secondly: The team was also amazing! Upon leaving, everyone was so kind – I got smiles all around and “Happy Birthdays!” by nearly everybody I passed by on my way out! – He was able to get them to band together, but the foundation (having great team members) had to have been already laid for them to engage as well- you have a fantastic team – keep them. And again, if he’s not already a leader, I would not be surprised if he gets there soon!
I can’t remember his name, but, I was in booth 12 in the back right side of the store and we checked out about 20 minutes ago – whoever was in that section is who I’m talking about if the store cares to look into it! He I believe he was training someone (or was the one being trained – not sure…) but, yeah, black hair! – he was awesome. Keep doing the thing, man!

I just got back from this specific chilis, it’s hard for me to go to restaurants. I get some anxiety being around so many people. But let me tell you, this one particular waiter made my experience so much better! He was very kind and very welcoming. All of the staff are very respectful, and the food is just amazing! But he just lit up my day, I love chilis!

the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The food was lackluster—the burger I ordered was dry and lacked seasoning, while the fries were limp and soggy. I tried their fajitas, and while the sizzle was impressive, the flavors didn’t live up to the hype. The service was decent, but it took longer than expected for the food to arrive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The atmosphere was loud and bustling, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.

I would like to start by saying thank you to such an amazing staff from when we walked in the door until we left. They adapted to our preference of seating. We had a magnificent server Chance who attended to all of our needs and provided magnificent humor to the evening.
The food and drinks were prepared in a timely manner and the presentation just made our mouths water. It was absolutely better than it looked. From the steak being prepared perfectly medium to the grilled chicken. I am definitely coming back and with the quick service I’m sure it will be just as great.

Second time ordering and order not seeming fresh. I live 4 minutes from the restaurant so as soon as I place the order I head to the restaurant. My order what scheduled to be ready at 9:38 I got there at 9:30. I saw food being placed on the pick up rack but didn’t receive a text. At 9:33 I went to the counter and the guy handed me food I saw placed a couple minutes earlier. I thanked him and drove 4 minutes to my house. Opened the food and 2 mini burgers were missing and the Texas cheese fries were cold and just a big cheesy blob. Paid over $7 for fries I threw away.

Visited this place while on vacation. Was very impressed at the service and quality of food !! Server was new but still did an amazing job. Drinks were good and food came out really fast !! Will definitely stop and dine in again the next time I’m in town !!

I get the triple dipper everytime and it never disappoints! Tyler is Very polite and respectful. He continues to care for his customers and leaves me absolutely no worries on his conduct. 10 out of 10 and def one of my fav places to eat!
