I had the crispy fried chicken sandwich ($12.99) and it was very good. And large. Also Good spice on the crust. Will order again. Forgot what the wife had (sliders?) but she really liked it also. Hers is pictured also.

This Chili’s has come along way. I use to visit here frequently and stopped as the quality of service and good kind of fell off a few years ago. Went back recently and was very pleasantly surprised. My husband and I ordered food to go but sat at the bar and enjoyed some adult beverages. Service was awesome. Bartender- forgot his name- was attentive and friendly talked to a few other locals at the bar. Food was great, better than I remember, even when we ate it at home, that I went back the next day and ordered again. Kudos for stepping it up at this location.

This is my favorite chili’s! I loved all of the staff and everyone was super friendly. I have went to many chili’s and of course had those famous mozz sticks, but this one was the best! Perfect cheese pull and not too greasy. I find many of them not too appetizing because of how greasy they are at other chili’s. I loved the triple dipper and plan to come again soon.

Food was just ok and the sauces seemed watered down but the service was really amazing they refilled beverages quickly checked on us often and the food came out very prompt. Prices were reasonable and there appeared to be a good selection of items. I think this place is great for parties of any size.

I am in love with the Cajun pasta, its my new favorite. Ate it 2x this week! The flavor is absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and so satisfying. I ordered it to go, and the pickup was fast, easy, and completely accurate. $20 is too pricey for me to have every week, but is worth every $. Everything was done right. I’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t had Chili’s in YEARS! My wife and I went to eat there with some friends a couple of days ago, and they have greatly improved! I liked them before, but they have a lot more menu items, and the food was in point!

I ordered to go a grilled chicken sandwich and got a confirmation text at 4:41 and then at 4:44. I got a text message that my food was ready for pick up. This tells me that My chicken is going to be raw or I’m being served old food. Once I get to the restaurant, I ask how they made it so fast and the girls just said “they’re really good”. I said no, you can’t cook chicken that fast. Let me talk to a manager. The manager came out and told me that they have chicken sitting “ready” that they will use and serve. He did not offer a correction or remake because I guess this is their standard operating procedure. so I took my food and left with my $20 sandwich that was ice cold. Literally cold to the touch. The cheese was not melted. The bun was not toasted, and the bacon was missing.

We just walked out. They took our drink order and we got our appetizer but the waiter never came back to take our food order. We waited and waited. He kept going in and out of kitchen, arranging bottles of steak sauce on empty tables, walking around. We waved at him and he ignored us. We just cashed our tab out on the tablet and left after waiting so long. There was no one in the front and that waiter didn’t care that we left. We went to the chillis in Mansfield. Service is great there.

I ordered a trio appetizer which included 2 bacon ranch sliders, mozzarella sticks, and honey bbq chicken tenders. The presentation was not the best, sorry I did not take a picture. My sliders seemed like they were just thrown in and the bacon was not even on the sandwiches. They still tasted good. The mozzarella sticks were hot and cheesy. My grandson loved them but for my sensitive stomach, they were a little too greasy. The tenders looked so good and I could not wait to dig in. Unfortunately for me, the bbq sauce was a bit spicy, so I could not eat them. My grandson once again was able to take advantage. He loved the honey bbq tenders. So the trio appetizers were great, I will try different options next time.

I did a take out order for dinner. Ordered the Chili’s 3 for me (crispy chicken sandwich, house salad, fries with a sprite). The fries were lacking salt and cold even though I was early for my pickup. Minus the fries everything else was good.
