Chili’s does a great job at standardizing all of their restaurants and this one is no exception. The food and drinks are good just like you would find at any other Chili’s which is fine since this is a chain. If you’re into alcohol try their varying theme drinks. The service is great too which is standard for the Chili’s I usually visit.

Two visits: First Time, with a room of empty tables and booths, we asked for a table for 4 and were told by the hostesses only booths were available. The waiter came over eventually and said it was ok to seat us at a table by window….literally 4 feet from the booths. He was very nice, said it was no problem at all. Just to add there were 3 hostesses(only one was training).

We were greeted by one of the nicest hostesses and sat at our table really quickly. Our waitress was friendly, personable and attentive. We never had to ask for anything. It was an enjoyable meal.

The service and food is always good, just not ok with seeing the atmosphere of bullying amongst the servers/management. A girl waited on us, but she had stolen our table from the guy who was assigned that section. He let her know that, I’m not sure what was said from there, but she continued to steal tables from his section and he looked upset. She laughed it off, and management allowed it all to happen.

Came in got sat super quickly. our server’s name was shannon. he was very kind and accommodating! our food came out wrong he was so understanding and fixed it up quick. super fast with refills. he was very comfortable and was making small talk. my favorite server anywhere ! We had a craving for the skillet queso over the weekend. The portion is now smaller than it used to be. Chips and salsa are always great here but the chicken crispers were so extremely subpar we just did not eat them. Our server, a heavyset gentleman wearing a “trainer“ T-shirt Did a fine job, the best you could expect of someone handling seven busy tables. The atmosphere for us was a little much, screaming children, etc. Not likely to return.

Their machines to charge mix different tables at the same time. The server came to my table and I was charged twice for the food. The server didn’t even know what to explain and the manager didn’t even showed their face to explain nor apologize about the experience. Although our server was super nice and apologetic, I will never come back to this place.
