Absolutely amazing food. Burger was juicy and I don’t know what kind of pickles you put on the Big Q but it’s perfect combination in flavors. Our server was John and he was excellent. His helper could learn a thing or two. Great customer service! Best Chilis I’ve eaten at so far!

Of all Chilis locations, the Athens location has stood out by far. Our server was very attentive and the food was served in a timely manner. My family and I also noticed how attentive and helpful the Manager ,Callye, was, not only with the staff but also with the customers. It definitely feels like a family atmosphere here, I look forward to enjoying more visits here.

Chili’s in Athens definitely deserves five stars! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and everything came out quickly. Server Victoria was TERRIBLE, had an attitude, she waited on us about a month ago, same issues. She needs a NEW Job. We normally come a little earlier in day when John or Rene works, they are both AWESOME!

Parked in a handicap spot right in front of the side door Handicap entrance at the front door. Great waitress. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable of the menu, & checked on us many times. I ordered an old timers cheese burger and the wife ordered a sampler. Both were served hot & with extra napkins. We were there on a Saturday late lunch. Lite crowd. We were too full to eat dessert. Very clean business, windows, floor, tables, bar, & bathrooms. $34 check

First off, I’d like to say the our server Victoria was one of the best servers my dad and I have ever had the pleasure of having. She was quick, thoughtful and attentive. The most polite, genuine, kind, compassionate person. While she was serving multiple tables, including us, she found the time to help an elderly woman to the restroom and walk her back to where she was sitting. Victoria was amazing and the food was amazing as well. The Athens location is the place to go.

*Edit* In reply: “Recent??” The person said they hadn’t had chili for nearly a YEAR, yet your online menu (the thing people use to plan large dinners and events in advance) had not been updated. This reflects badly on Chili’s corporate. These aren’t “recent” changes. **ORIGINAL POST: Imagine this: a restaurant named “Chili’s” that doesn’t sell chili. When I called to pre-order my takeout, I was informed that they haven’t sold chili in over a year…..yet it is on the online menu. This tells us all how “on top of it” Chili’s corporate is. Thanks for wasting my time, Chili’s!
