Chili’s is consistent and that’s why we eat there. My review is for the care I witnessed extended to their customers. After the icy weather we just had, they cleared their entire parking lot. Your car won’t slide, you can get in a parking spot safely. You won’t slip and fall. Shoot, your feet won’t even get wet! To show that much thought and effort says they want and deserve your business. Could not be more impressed and I will choose Chili’s more often due to this one act. Called and spoke to a regional (?) (he told me, I forgot) by the name of Jacob. He deserves huge acknowledgement in every form possible. That is explemplary customer service in a time where customer service no longer lives.

I had the shrimp pasta, and my husband had chicken strips. Both were good. I had a radical-rita for $6 that I thought was tasty; and you get to keep the collectible retro stirrer, which is cute. Staff is friendly.

It was crowded for a Saturday night, and I don’t mean that in a bad way! Our server was checking on us as frequently as needed! The food was great too! I’m happy they brought the skillet queso back!!

Took our softball team in on Sunday after church. The manager was more than inviting and made a spot for all 25 of us in the lounge! Food was delicious and Brandi the bartender was on point! Thanks for making our girls feel good after bringing home runner up in our state tournament!

Good food. Food cost more here than other nearby cafes. Had my favorite: Southwest Eggrolls. Ordered Brisket Quesadilla and Beef Fajitas. Not too busy around 3pm. Plenty seating and parking. Quick service. Sat in the bar area with all the TVs. I visit occasionally. Tend to favor the local cafes.

Went to Chili’s for lunch we ordered the hamburger when we received our food the hamburger was pink inside my husband even asked for his burger to be well done well it wasn’t and the fries were old, tasted like they had been sitting awhile and had been warmed up in the microwave yuk. I returned my food and did not even order anymore, my husband re-ordered again this time he ordered hot wings well he got his order I tasted the chicken well same thing tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave YUK, never again, I left Chili’s with nothing to eat except the chicken I tasted from my husbands plate I will NOT go to Chili’s again because this is the 2nd or third time this has happened with the hamburgers at Chili’s if I could give the negative 5 stars I would. I will be contacting the corporate office and I will put this complaint on the Better Business Bureau as well.

I drove in from NE Arkansas and was going to spend the night in Emory so I figured I’d pick up something to eat instead of getting “fast food “. I do realize it was 9:30 and almost closing time, I ordered my meal online to pick up. I did order my steak well done , but not charred/burnt. It had so much gristle and did not taste good at all- it was too salty and had no seasonings ! Was a very disappointing meal…

Have eaten at several Chilis. This is by far the best. We must have had 4 or 5 different servers bring our drinks meal etc… They work together and that means hot food and drinks are always full. Jacob the General Manager is da !!!
