Online order- I arrived early, the order was being prepared and less than 5 min from my hotel. Service was great and order was on time and accurate. Poor food quality and taste- ordered fajita trio food just didn’t taste freshly made. Tortillas undercooked and chewy, onion and pepper mix undercooked and crunchy, pico de gallo was not fresh, shrimp was ok, and fajita beef quality no good (tasted like it was cooked and reheated). Ending up just eating the shrimp, rice, cheese, a little bit of beans. Rest was trashed.

Had lunch here last week and just had a great time . No rush by the team , food was really good and delivered timely. There was even a high school football team having lunch but the service was top-notch even with several business loads of additional bodies.

Victor is the best bartender! Victor is attentive, knowledgeable of drink and food menus. He keeps the bar area clean and stocked. Food is fresh and hot. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. But we keep coming back because of the level of service we get from Victor. (I inhaled my food before getting pictures) Old-timer with cheese & FF)

Placed an order online for the more expensive soup and salad combo. My soup came in a cup. That was fine. But the salad also came in a small cup. Half full with lettuce and the rest with croutons. The salad should have come in a small square styrofoam container. This way you can get an actual side salad in there. Employees taking it upon themself to make quick work of completing the order instead of making it like it’s supposed to. I know chilis didn’t train them to package up salads in a small cup. I love chilis but this is bull crap. Train your employees right and use consistent portion control. There was no portion control here, wasn’t even enough to even be called a portion. They should definitely advertise a different side salad if all you get is about 1/2 a cup of greens and 1/2 cup of croutons. It was later when I picked up my order and I didn’t have time to speak with them during pickup. But it’s always the young teenagers that it happens with. I’ve ordered many salads from chilis and I’ve never had it given to me in a soup cup. Do better. People are paying $10.99 for this. Make the portions worth what we are paying for. If you’re packaging salad in a cup, change the price. $10.99 is outrageous for what you get. Ridiculous.

Tolisa truly made the entire dining experience exceptional. She was bubbly, caring, and full of positive energy from start to finish. She was attentive without being intrusive, made sure every detail was taken care of, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying ourselves. Her enthusiasm was contagious and elevated the whole meal. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for when going out to dinner, and she absolutely delivered. I would happily return just to be served by her again

I had ordered a combination Cajun pasta, when the food came to the table, there was no shrimp, I brought it to the waiters attention and asked “did shrimp not come on the combination?” He said oh is that what you ordered? And when I agreed that it was fine he messed up and didn’t want the shrimp he walks away and comes back, says the manager will go ahead and take care of it. I said no it’s fine I don’t want it. The manger comes over and she brings shrimp and when I paid, the manager had changed the order back to the original order, I didn’t agree with it cause I had already told the waiter I didn’t want the shrimp my food is already here and I’m eating already. They ignored my request. And proceeded to still charge me for the error. The manager gave me sarcasm, attitude, and argued that when she brought the shrimp I should’ve rejected them when she brought them. And I told her I told the waiter I didn’t want the food and your still charging me? It’s the principle and the audacity to force this food on me after I said forget it. I’m not about to wait an additional 10min for their error. VERY Rude. And I never got an apology for my request being ignored. Just attitude and that I was wrong. Not taking accountability or responsibility for the issue at hand. Before I paid the waiter said the ticket had been updated and Chilis will take the cost of the combination pasta. When I pulled the final ticket, she the manager just changed the pasta from combination to just chicken instead of honoring what the waiter had told me of the pasta being removed before I paid the final ticket. This is the WORST place. No wonder it was empty. Worst service.

We came to this Chili’s with low expectations, since we have a very well-run Chili’s near our home out-of-state. We were pleasantly surprised. We were cheerfully greeted, seated immediately, and our waiter, Makenzie (sp?) was super attentive and prompt. The food was well-prepared and we were very satisfied with our experience. Kudos to the Greenville Chili’s!

Excellent customer service. We sat in a booth near front door and our waitress was very attentive even bringing us extra tea without asking. My steak was over cooked so she quickly replaced with medium rare as originally ordered. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and not too salty. The asparagus was a little small and stalks a little dry. Maybe not quiet seasonal but overall everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back!
