We came with our family of 5 on Sunday March 22nd at 4 PM and sat at table 44. It took 15 minutes before a server came to greet us and take our drink order. During our wait, another family sat down and was greeted immediately by our server. We finally were greeted, not by our server, & had our order taken. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time but mine, the triple dipper, was wrong. They took my plate back after I corrected what was wrong, and said they would promptly fix it. They came back out again & my triple dipper was still wrong, once again, said it would be fixed. During this time a tea was brought to our table and sat down, no one ordered tea. They came back out for the 3rd time with the mozzarella sticks that were supposed to be in the triple dipper, (Supposed to be Nashville hot, just brought regular) once again, wrong. I accepted my fate and ate my meal. During this whole fiasco 4 different servers came to our table, all had no clue what was going on. After expressing our displeasure, we were offered an “I’m sorry” and were sent on our way. We paid full price for our meal with our added tip. I have worked for many years in the service industry and understand the inner workings of a restaurant so I have grace, this however was unacceptable. My hope is for the establishment to do some more training, have better communication, as well as being thorough when taking an order.

Food, everything you love about Chilis and it didn’t disappoint!
Service…seriously, the service was AMAZING! Cash (our waiter) was so attentive, kind and entertained with conversation! Drinks, replaced without asking. Check ins at timely points, you could see he was paying attention. He had so many other tables and I felt like we were just as important.
Also, might be because it’s the first week but we were given a full fresh batch of chips and salsa to go home with!
Royse City, well done! Please keep this standard in your service, if so, I’ll be a regular! Thanks Cash for being amazing!

I had a great experience at Chili’s thanks to my bartender, Angel.
From the start, he was attentive and welcoming. When I asked about drink options, he immediately recommended the Flamingo Margarita—and he was absolutely right, it was really good. You can tell he knows what he’s doing behind the bar.
I also ordered the Triple Dipper, and everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious. Angel checked in consistently to make sure everything was right without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed.
The vibe was inviting, and the service honestly made the visit stand out. It’s the kind of place you actually want to come back to, especially when you know you’ll be taken care of.
I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Angel again. If you’re looking for a solid spot to grab drinks, this is it—ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.

Bebe was an amazing server, served me my food and kept my drinks full. With out hovering over my table. When she did stop very professional. The steak was cooked just how I asked for it. I will continue to have my Friday night dinners here! Hot food great drinks fantastic attentive service.
