Food is great, the servers themselves are always friendly and efficient. The time it takes to get your food is always the downfall. I just recommend getting a appetizer to distract you until you get your actual meal.

Not sure if it’s because we ordered door dash or not, but this is pretty wrong in my opinion. Paid 25.99 for a scoop of rice a few broccoli, and the worst part is the “slice” of Salmon. Like where is the rest of my filet? lol if I would have know I was gonna pay that money for a slice of salmon I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it.

Food was so good, honey Chipotle crispers! And the salsa seems to have much improved! But the highlight of the visit was our server Sammie! She was extremely kind, attentive and friendly! Hit it miss with this place. Don’t think they know how to properly cook steaks. The soup was very runny and the salad was about to expire. You get ignored by most Togo hosts so be prepared to wait a while on your order.

I was highly satisfied with the quality of my drink and all of our food. Steak and broccoli cooked just like I ordered and it didnt take long at all for our food. Hats off to the cook Tuesday night 2/17 and our server was Ashton. Great visit!

First place we have been to eat since moving here & for a busy Friday night with almost every table full & 4 birthdays, Fez (Austin) made my wife & I feel like we were the only people in Chilis. These guys have been knocking it out of the park recently. There was a time when the food could be hit or miss, but the quality & accuracy has been spot on with all my orders over the last several months – I’m genuinely impressed with how much they’ve improved compared to a couple years ago. Will definitely be ordering from here more often moving forward!

I had a terrible Togo order pickup experience. Short story I get the text my order is ready & to come inside. I go in get asked the name on the order & waited another 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me again only to be asked the name on the order again. I was told it was being worked on right then, another 5 minutes and I finally have my food. I asked why it took so long and was given nothing but excuses and blamed it on the system. I left and called to speak with a manager and I want to give a shout out to Cara for her understanding & willingness to address the issue. I really appreciate her listening and resolving the issue. Thank you again Cara, you are the reason I still gave 4 stars for customer service.

Ordered an appetizer, kids meal & 2 of the 3 for $10 dinner deals. Appetizer was a triple dipper which came out luke warm/cold – we chose not to say anything. Soups came out the same way & we still chose to not say anything. Our shrimp pastas came out and they brought chicken. We told them it was supposed to be shrimp so they took it back. We were told it would be out quick – we still had a bit of a wait. Finally it came out & it was cold & there was a hair in mine. We ended up telling them we were not wanting them to remake it, we just wanted to leave. Just moved here from Austin & I have NEVER had an experience like this in Austin with Chili’s. I’m not impressed. This location is not the greatest. They did take the meals off the ticket though which was nice considering we didn’t eat them.
1-13-2022 To-Go order
Ordered to-go. Had to wait for my food WAY past pick up time stated in email. They didn’t give me all my food I ordered. Husband had a hair in his Cajun pasta. My Cajun pasta was GREASY and my garlic bread is burnt (see pictures). We also ordered molten cake which comes with ice cream. They placed the ice cream in between both soups we ordered so of course it completely melted. Not happy with the quality of food & service. I had to take pasta out of the container to get it out of the grease.
3/20/23 – Is this really Chili’s standard of clean? (Pictures of filthy payment portal attached) Not to mention the black stuff that was in my mother’s drink? They were also out of egg rolls and french fries. Who knows what all else. This place is just tumbling down hill. Parking lot has a damaged spot as well that poses a danger if you aren’t careful. Rebar sticking straight out of the ground.
