I had a great experience at Chili’s Grill and Bar on S Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville.
The Triple Dipper stood out right away. Everything arrived hot and fresh. The flavors hit perfectly. The appetizers were cooked well with a great balance of seasoning and texture. Each item tasted distinct and satisfying. The portion size felt generous and ideal for sharing or enjoying solo. It delivered real value for the price.
The kitchen handled timing well. Food came out quickly without feeling rushed. Presentation looked clean and appetizing. Every bite stayed consistent from start to finish.
The frozen drink machine was down during our visit. Staff communicated this clearly and early. We decided to order the Hennessy margarita instead. Great choice. It tasted smooth with a strong but balanced pour. The flavor profile felt well mixed and refreshing. No overpowering sweetness. It paired nicely with the food.
Service stayed friendly and attentive throughout the visit. Our server checked in often and kept drinks refilled. The staff handled the equipment issue professionally and offered alternatives without hesitation.

Super fast sit-down on a Thurs night even though crowded. Thick juicy smash burgers plenty of sizzling hot fries. Endless made from scratch corn chips and great salsa. Pink lemonade and fried chicken sandwich looks like half a chicken crunchy – so good! Great wait staff co- working so helping each other out so fast service was a cooperative thing. Coming back highly recommend.

I’ve always loved chili’s. Been eating there since I was a kid. I do think the outrageousness of pricing especially for to go orders is quite ridiculous now. If you’re going to charge me 2 dollars for ranch dressing.. can it atleast be full? Giving me a 4oz container with over half empty is not 4oz. And I got no to go silverware to eat with so I had to wait until I got home to eat which just meant it sat there getting cold. To go means a lot of times ppl are eating on the go. I miss the 3 for 10.99 menu.. now mostly everything is 14.99 and up and you used to get a bowl of soup with it, now that’s 1 dollar extra. I used to love chilis bc it was delicious and affordable but thats out the window now. The to go guy was great tho. Probably wont be dining here very much anymore which is sad. I do love the food.

Chilis has revived to me. I’m always pleasantly surprised by the food and how good the quality is. The service is consistent and good, and it’s a good dining experience. They also bring out more than enough food for your order to leave you satisfied and with leftovers!

We love this Chili’s. Always friendly, welcoming, and happy to see you. During the big freeze when everyplace else was closed, Gage, Parker and the Team served us our drinks, steaks & hot sandwiches, hosted the NFL playoffs for everyone, and took great care of everyone. They were all awesome. Thank y’all.

Went there for lunch whilst waiting for car service. It was a usual slow Tuesday for lunch. That is typical. But, I was greeted and served at the bar immediately. I tried the Smash burger lunch special. I was impressed with the side salad. Lettuce, but actual spring mix, too! Plus the usual toppings. (I would prefer the dressing ramekin be put on the side instead of on top of the salad. Food safety…..) The burger was served hot, fresh, with cheese, a nice sauce, pickles and red onions, etc. It was excellent. The fries are seasoned just right, hot, and plenty. Refills on the Sprite, but not needed. I rarely go out to eat unless I am trying something independent, new, and/or local. However, Chili’s has always served a great burger and food in general. It was a nice, chill lunch. Pun intended. The service was excellent.

I usually get the same food each time I come to chili’s, the triple Dipper with sliders, Southwest egg rolls and boneless chicken nuggets. The food is pretty much average, and it kind of has the experience of sitting a little too long before it is served. I only now know that the food is substandard because I visited another Chili’s where everything was fresh and it was an amazing experience

Just left the place at 8:55. Everything was going well until I asked for the molten lava cake and they said they couldn’t make it because their boiler water wasnt working so we said that’s fine. But while we were walking out we heard that some other customers were able to receive the molten lava cake but since we already paid we didnt bother asking. Wish I had the same answer
