The staff were incredibly friendly, and our food came out quickly.
The “3 for Me” menu offers great quality for the price, so I highly recommend it. We also enjoyed the other dishes we ordered. The viral Nashville Hot Mozz was a fun and unique experience as well!

I was having dinner with a group of 5 friends and our server, Ayanni, was one of the best. Despite running around and tending to a handful of other tables, she was attentive and quick with our table and the food was great! We were having a great night and walked out of Chili’s having an even better one.

We had such a great experience at this Chili’s, and a huge part of that was our server, Chrissy. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Super attentive without being overbearing, checked in on us regularly, and genuinely engaged with our table.

Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and Chrissy made sure everything was perfect the entire time. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly 10/10 customer service. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Shoutout to Chrissy for making our visit so enjoyable!

I normally have a great experience with my dine in. But today it was just bad service all the way around. My hostess was too busy on her phone. So I just sat my self at the bar. I ordered. And my salad never showed up and my entree showed up pretty late almost 30 mins after I placed my order. I’m looking around I all I see are the staff just on their phones? What changed? If they were off their phones perhaps service would improve. This is an epic failure. I hope this franchise owner would set the bar high and don’t allow this mistake happen again. Because there’s plenty of other restaurants I can go for my Friday lunch.

Celebrating Father’s Day, I took my husband to dinner. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by our late arrival, which was unavoidable due to our work commitments. The wait staff’s somber expressions upon our arrival set the tone for the evening. The experience was uneventful until we asked for additional napkins, which appeared to perturb our waitress, prompting her to bring us a substantial quantity. As we dined, she began cleaning tables, displaying visible annoyance through her actions, which included pushing chairs and sweeping the floor near our table. Moreover, her forceful spraying of cleaning solution seemed intentional, threatening to spill liquid on our food. I offer sincere apologies for our late arrival and suggest that Chilli’s provide training to staff on the importance of treating all patrons with respect, regardless of their arrival time.

Burger was good, the last few times we’ve been to chili’s, the asparagus has been stringy and tough as it was here. Chips and salsa were good. They were pretty busy and we had to wait quite a bit for food, drink refills, etc. Server was very nice, but returned to the table a couple of times to ask “what was it you needed?”

I was disappointed in chilis tonight, first there was a hair in our salsa and second the waiter messed up our order. We ordered 4 burgers and they only brought 2. At that point, we asked for the check because we were frustrated with the service. The manager was nice and tried to fix it but we were ready to leave. We won’t go back to this location.

I ordered a chicken Sandwich from here on ubereats and on my last few bites of my chicken sandwich I noticed my tomato was moldy. This was so disgusting. Unfortunately I had already eaten most of it.

Best Chili’s I’ve ever been to. Super clean. The staff is amazing. Walking in the door and everyone was so friendly and held the doors open. Zell (sorry if I misspelled it) was the best server I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and generous and just an overall nice guy. I was not big on Chili’s before this due to other locations but I would definitely make this one a regular spot.
