Our meal was delicious, BUT the one thing that made our visit stand out was our waitress Ivania. She was the absolute best!! She was very attentive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make our visit a delight. My youngest son was served by her the weekend before and said he experienced the same high quality service. I highly recommend asking for Ivania at your next visit!!!

My husband and I came here for our Valentine’s dinner, and the atmosphere was wonderful; very family-oriented and clean. The service was excellent. Our server, Xander, greeted us right away with great energy and maintained that same positivity throughout our entire visit. He was extremely attentive and quick on his feet. On top of that, the food was a 10/10! We will definitely be back.

Went here for lunch on this Sunday, there was no wait for our party of 3. We were seated immediately. We ordered the sampler. It was so fresh when it came out, we had complete satisfaction from that. Our entrees came out in a timely manner. All of the extra touches we requested were made, they didn’t miss a beat. Our waitress- Raven did an amazing job at serving us. She had drinks coming without asking for one refill and tended to our needs continuously. Thanks Raven!!

I came with my family to have a great time and the server was great everything was great until we received our food my husband was served his burger and no fries along with his meal. He asked they said a couple minutes… it took long. he told the server to cancel the fries from our bill the server said they couldn’t. So my husband told the server to call the manager. The manager came to our table my husband tells her the issue of him almost done with his burger and never got his fries so why even bring them and to cancel just those fries from our bill she said she could cancel them. I’m eating my honey chipotle crispers their is long long brown, blonde pieces of hair on my food as I was chewing my food it went to the back of my throat it was too long and I was almost having a hard time pulling it out it seemed longer as I was chewing of course I stopped!!! Thankfully I pulled it out! This is terrible and disgusting!!! And I had just started. My husband and kids saw me when I went through that and called the manager right away she seemed annoyed by us since it was the 2nd time. Which was not even our intentions. I told her It was not my hair! I started looking for the hair on the piece I spit out it was hard to see saw it and showed her! I didn’t enjoy my food at all!! They need to supervise the people in the kitchen more someone doesn’t like their job or thinks this is funny they need to put something on their heads to prevent this! it’s unacceptable!!!. I did not get to take a picture of my plate which I should had!! If you eat here make sure you inspect your food before eating it I don’t wish this to anyone! The light here is yellowish and not too bright to see! Worst life experience ever!!!!!!! 2/22/2026

I came here like I normally would and ordered the sizzling chicken fajita….this time I am so disappointed because the fajitas wasn’t sizzling at all. The chicken can cold when touched to put my tacos together, the rice taste like bottom of the barrel. After even waiting 10min after being sat to get order taken. At least we were ready to order everything and it come out in 10-15min. I even had to ask for a refill and the waitress didn’t even remember what I got. Is that how yall train your employees. I’m so disappointed in this experience with chilis.

This used to be the best chilis location around. But quality has plummeted recently. Portion sizes have shrunk, something is always wrong in the order, can’t do simple substitutions. This trip will probably be the last to this location. Do yourself a favor and just head down to the camp wisdom chilis if you want a reliably correct order

This place is good in Chili’s standards. Food tastes good. Waiter was cool. Restaurant is clean. I didn’t see any shenanigans. What more could you ask for at a Chili’s?
Out of the fajita trio, chicken was the best meat. Shrimp was good but not as good as chicken and the beef was a little tough and salty.

Sam & Jennifer were total GEMS! I was cold, They adjusted the heat; and then came back to check on me to make sure I was comfortable! I love them! This location has made a 360 degree turn for the BEST! Great job management!
