Had a great experience thanks to our server Trey! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly and had us laughing the whole time. His sense of humor made the meal even more enjoyable, and he created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
On top of that, Trey was extremely attentive. He checked on us at just the right times, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and paid close attention to everything we needed without us even having to ask. It’s clear he genuinely cares about giving his guests a great experience.

We came in for lunch today, day after Christmas, at noon and it was not busy at all. We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Kyle, who also waited on us. I was very impressed with the service(thank you, Kyle!) Ask for Kyle and he will take great care of you.
The food was outstanding!! We had the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad. It was a generous portion with tender fajita chicken, spiced tortilla strips, and an amazing sauce drizzled on it that was fantastic-it definitely made the salad! Ranch is also given for this salad, and the whole combination was a huge win!
If you like salads like this do NOT miss out on this experience! ☺️ Thank you, Chili’s!

The tomato on my burger was rotted and the fries were grease soaked. The cheese sticks were also over cooked and grease soaked . The dining area was dirty , the table had crums on it. The worse Chillies I have eaten at thus far. I will not be back here

We’ve been dining at so many Chili’s restaurants across the country, but never got the issue as last night at this location.
The host set us up at the table near to the party of more than 10. Server never came to our table after more than 10 minutes. We’ve tried to patiently waiting for her to take care of that table’s orders; however, after that she did not even swing by to greeting us.
So, we calmly told her that we would like to move to warmer area. The bar was not so crowded, we easily got our spots. Again, we sat there, the bartender saw us settling but did not greeting us. More than 5 minutes later, still nothing! Worst thing happened when that server came to the bar and talked to the bartender about us, then she talked to another server too.
We came in around 6:50pm, we left at 7:20pm, NO GREETING, NO SERVICE, NOTHING by those two worst employees of Brinker’s International.

It was my birthday and the staff was courteous and polite. Everything was fine, the waitresses was efficient and the food was brought out in a timely manner, a few mishaps but hey, mistakes happens, easily corrected. Overall, everything and everyone good at what they did.

Each time I come to this location (northwest hwy in garland) EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! Greg and Shay are the best. Gotten to know them over the years. Now, as for the Mesquite location, every time we went, the burgers were pink in the middle and so had to be sent back. Jessica said they don’t serve people who just want free food. Before that day, we’d never asked for a refund, we would just wait for it to be made right. Now, we gladly travel across town just to see Shay and Greg.

We had never been here and we were far from home near our original Chili’s and couldn’t make it home in time before they closed so we decided to try this Chili’s out. The servers were so nice. We got our drinks, chips and salsa really fast. We ordered our food and it didn’t take long to wait for that. The only thing I disliked was my food wasn’t hot but lukewarm. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with no onions, It was delicious. The flavors were all there. Very tasty just didn’t like it lukewarm. The chips and salsa were on point very delicious. We got there at 9:30 pm and out by 10:15 pm. So that’s my review at this location of Chili’s.
