Absolutely Disappointing!! The food portion size have gotten smaller. I ordered the kids pizza for my son and the fries were not freshly made like the pizza. The fries tasted old and cold. I told the server and she stated said she would have the back make “new” ones. The “new” fries tasted like they were old fries being put back into grease not freshly cooked fries. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and it was brought out on a small oval size plate and had a small salad portion. In the past, I usually order the salad to-go and have no issues with the portion. The dine-in salad size was basically half the portion of the to-go salad size for the same price. It was not a busy night so I’m not sure why fries needed to be precooked and warmed up when ordered. How do you mess up fries?

We love eating at this Chili’s ️ location. Like all other Chili’s locations they have a good selection of appetizers, lunch and dinner entrees that is a good variety but they are pretty quick in getting the food to your table. All of their food is reasonably price and that is very helpful for our family’s wallet and that is always nice!!!

Great service! Food was hot and tasty. There was no long wait for food. The margaritas were also yummy and not watered down. Our waitress was kind and attentive. This place was not crowded and mask wearing was optional at this location. Restrooms were very clean! We will return for another quick bite.

I think our servers changed shifts after we placed our drink order. Usually, this isn’t a good thing, but this time, it was fine. Both servers were amazing, and they didn’t skip a beat. Our service was perfect as was the food!

The host was great! He was extremely nice. Me and my family got sat in the bar area, the server came and brought out the silverware and we asked for plastic ware. The server , immediately seemed bothered and walked away , after we asked were we giving her a hard time without saying anything. Other experiences were okay but today I guess she was having a bad day

I’m afraid to say Chili’s has gone downhill. Nothing was horrible, but the quality and service just didn’t meet the mark. When we got the bill at the end, the entire family agreed that we wouldn’t be returning. There are just a lot nicer places with better food in the same price range. I’d suggest skipping this one.
