Food, staff and quality of service were excellent and food came out super fast, we had 2 of the triple dippers and some margaritas and a Tito’s punch and everything was amazing. We love Chili’s its always great every time we go. My opinion, the Nashville Hot tenders and mozzarella sticks are better than the Honey Chipotle, but they are good too! Thanks Chili’s for being consistent.

Best Service Duo in Shawnee, Oklahoma
After almost a year of living in Shawnee, I’ve eaten at nearly every restaurant in town. When I go out to eat, I have high expectations—food taste, proper temperature, and most of all, service.
About a year ago, I sat down at the bar at Chili’s and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake.
“Hello, my name is Brian, and I’m going to take good care of you tonight.”
Magical words for someone who eats out frequently and rarely experiences true customer service.
A couple of nights ago, I returned looking for my favorite bartender, Brian, but he wasn’t working the bar that evening. Instead, he professionally introduced me to what he jokingly called “Brian 2.0.” Turns out her name wasn’t Brian 2.0 at all—her name is Kaylee (shocker!).
And let me tell you—he did not steer me wrong.
My wife and I had an absolute blast. Great conversation, glasses always full, food served hot, and everything we needed to unwind after a long workday. It was one of those experiences that reminds you why you enjoy going out to eat.
There are plenty of great Chili’s locations across Oklahoma with solid staff—but do yourself a favor:
Exit I-40 at mile marker 185 and stop at the Shawnee Chili’s.
Sit at the bar and look for Brian and/or Kaylee—this dynamic duo delivers top-notch service every time.
Tell them Bill sent you, and enjoy being treated like family.

Went in to eat, only place that was open.. I did find a good deal on the menu. pick 3 for 26 so ypu could get 1 1/2 rack of ribs for the same price and sides for 26 as well. Staff was friendly.

Our server Lacee was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, funny, and very attentive. She helped us figure out what we wanted to order, and helped us get the best deal! She made us smile with her charming personality, quick service, and kept our drinks filled. The food was hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommend.

Last night my husband and I wanted to go out and it hadn’t even started snowing… leave it to Oklahoma to have already shut everything down! Y’all, I mean EVERYTHING! We made it over to Chili’s where the lights were still on (thankfully), and the bartender, Brian (I apologize if that’s not right!!) was the nicest guy ever! Made us some bomb drinks (which is why I’m not 100% sure on the name ), had awesome food, the service was stellar, we played tic tac toe & trivia, Jimmy had dessert that I stole one bite of (and it was delicious)… all-in-all an amazing night! Thanks for a wonderful night out from the silly little married couple at the bar!! We had a blast thanks to y’all being open when nobody else was!! You guys rock!!! We will always come back!!!! And probably unfortunately for you, we will be sitting at the bar again…

Chili’s in Shawnee has stepped up their game!! It has been about 4-6 months since we have been here. I haven’t had a bad experience in the past, but tonight was especially good. They have super nice, extremely attentive servers, hot, great tasting food, and speedy service. There was such an improvement compared to previous visits that I talked to a manager to ask what changed. He explained they have been intentional in creating a “Customer first,” experience. Keep up the great work!! Your efforts have paid off.
Also, kuddos to the chain for keeping prices down. The, “Three for me,” is already a great deal, and now you can add a chocolate molten cake for just $6! Come on! Yes, please!

Me and my husband thought it would be nice to take our grandkid out for a nice meal here, well we were proven extremely wrong. We had a terrible experience with our server, he refused to give us his name aswell and we had to ask another server for his name. We will not be back.
