Try the Chips/Salsa AND Loaded Potato Soup! The soup is so thick, it doubles as a Queso, and might even be a healthier substitute. Delicious!
Service was excellent. Just make sure someone working there notices you before choosing your seat. I read complaints of delayed service, so I stood at the entrance for 60 seconds to ensure I wouldn’t have the same issue.
Food came out in minutes piping hot, even needed to wait a couple minutes for the soup to cool off. 5+ stars, glad I gave them the benefit of doubt.

Standard Chili’s fare, but very limited selection. We had a cheese dip and salsa, and it was exactly what I was expecting. The waitress and staff were awesome though, better than a regular Chili’s. The only negative I had was the fact that the beers were over $10 each, which was stretching the limit for an airport food place.

This place was ok. I was alone, so put at a table in the corner.
The chicken strips were ok, but they put so much sauce that the fries were drenched and couldn’t really use ketchup or anything. Would prefer the strips be tossed before plating, rather than the sauce be poured over the entire tray.
At least the flavor was really good, so I still ate it.
As for service, you have to order on the app, but at the same time have to sit and wait for them to turn a tab on for you. That was kind of dumb. The ladies at the table buy me had one lady ordered and closed her tab, then had to get them to reopen the tables tab for the second person, and then again for the third person. That’s pretty stupid.

Bailey was not nice. A customer by us had sat here for 20 minutes and had a flight to catch, (mind u they were not busy) when ms. Bailey came over to get their drink order and put in an appetizer/food order as well to get it started cooking, she claimed “well rn I’m just going to get your drinks” and the customer said how they were trying to catch a flight and just wanted to place it together. Bailey caught an attitude and was grossly rude to said customer. We had waiting a good 30 minutes before she came over and was rude to us as well. (The girl black hair w ponytail)!

Does Chili’s does not honor chilies gift cards?. I bought one to avoid the 2.8% surcharge for using a credit card and the sign at the bar says I can use a gift card. No where in the restaurant says I was not able to redeem a Chili’s gift card.

This location being in the airport really acts like they know you’re limited with options within the airport. The menu has a salad for $17 that comes with croutons and cucumbers. When the plate of lettuce and ranch arrived, we questioned the product and the waitress became very rude and condescending. She then said the manager would be out and when the manager came out his people skills were, well their just wasn’t any, he just had excuses about corporate and that’s how they have us doing it by changing the ingredients before they change the menu. This is prime example of why countless restaurants and businesses are failing and closing. Charging more for less and not providing any value in customer service. I highly recommend skipping the chilis experience in the airport and buying a 9$ bag of chips from the news stand before continuing to support a restaurant that could care less about the customer or the experience.

Got to the airport an hour and a half before my flight for the purpose of grabbing breakfast. It appears they only have 1 person working in the front and that one person is super slow with no sense of direction or purpose. Waited at least 20 minutes for the guy to bring be a menu then drink order. At least another 20 minutes later drink never arrived and people there before be finally got their order taken. At this point I only had about 45 minute till my flight. I knew I just wasted all my meal time so I left without ever getting even the drink delivered.

Not bad, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this breakfast. The staff were very friendly after efficient. The omelette was a bit dry but tasty nonetheless.

Our experience was disappointing because of the food. But it’s was further ruined by the lack of care by our server. We ordered the burger, which was completely bland. Our server couldn’t have cared less. She was awful! When I asked for another soda I was asked if I wanted it to go and was immediately presented with the check. There were plenty of tables available, and no one was waiting, so I have no idea why we were being rushed. Once we paid we were completely ignored. We probably would have ordered dessert, but none was offered. I complained to the manager, who seemed apologetic, but I doubt it did any good. If you have other options at the airport, I suggest you opt for them.

I came in April 20th on Easter Sunday that night and I ordered a burger it was cooked excellent so whoever cooked that burger it was cooked to perfection and if it was up to me I would of gave that person a promotion or something, but I was able to get his name and it was Daniel and I thanked him for the great food he made us. I’m definitely be coming back and having him cook my food again and bring some of my family and friends!!
